My Son's 7th Birthday: A Simple Celebration

Hey Hivers! How's it all going? It's been a while for a long blog.

So here I am sharing with you how we spent my son's birthday in our little, simple way.

To my cutie patotie:

January 5, Verys' birthday, we went to Pitalo church in the afternoon and lighted a candle and prayed.

Afterwards, we went to the resort that we going for overnight on january 7. We checked the place and chose a room and i paid full for reservations so i won't think any further payments anymore. The place is nice, it has water park and a beach in meters aways from the rooms and cottages.

The next stop was dinner at Jollibee and a fun enjoyable time at Naga children's playground. We spent there for hours and went home at night time around 8.

January 6, the time for me to buy the necessary food (meat, veggies, etc.) that will be prepared on the 7th. I bought it in the morning. The afternoon came, and my cousin Luke, Jesrhyl, with her boyfriend, went to my place ahead of the date to help me prepare the things that are needed and to bring the birthday cake. Verys was surprised. Such a cutie.

Here's my blog for the day we went to Gaisano Minglanilla to meet Jesrhyl's boyfriend and to buy some added things for the celebration.

Verys was surprised. He thought it was only me and him who would go to the pool the day after. Hehe :) Jesrhyl and Luke brought the cake that I ordered from Jenny's mother. If you want affordable and delicious cakes around Cebu, here's the link.

I also prepared the food to be cooked for the celebration the day after. I marinated the meat as well.

In the evening, after dinner, Verys blew out his candle after we sang him happy birthday. Such a cutie.

I can see in my son's eyes that he is happy and excited for tomorrow. Another surprise he didn't know about. We went to bed early that night to prepare for the morning.
