Hello everyone! I would like to present to you a memento of my beautiful garden at home. I like flowers and ornamental plants in my garden. I guess you already know that from my previous posts? I like to draw and paint it my own way.
I used the following materials:
•Sketchbook
•Drawing pencil
•Acrylic marker
•Eraser
With this, adding therein your efforts and patience, everything will be made possible.
Unfinished business
This was my sketch which I have posted before and it was not done yet. It's good that we have this theme this week so I looked for my sketchbook again to see if it's still there. Fortunately, it's still intact!
Shading
I did the shading using my #6B drawing pencil to make it look thicker when I apply the finishing touches.
I purposely did it with the larger sketchbook because I planned to have it framed soon.
I showcased the Peace Lily, snake plant, variegated leaf and a wild plant with red berries where the chickens and birds fed on it but it's not edible for humans. These plants were trending during the pandemic that I wonder who started this? When immunization for COVID-19 was finally distributed, thanks for that, the people whose travels were limited to their respective homes only, the trending plants with enormous coloured leaves broke out with hefty prices!
The backdrops looks serene at sunset....
I decided to include my self-made frame.
I chose the white backdrop for my drawing and painting. I chose the acrylic marker because it's easier to use and it won't smudge as it dries instantly.
I will put it on the wall like this. Our printer is wrapped at the other side our laptop because our little boy is curious on everything we do at home.:)
Every time I look at this memento....
It will remind me of my beautiful garden wayback home.
This is all for now and once again, thank you @JustineParke for this awesome challenge.
Have a pleasant day everyone!
Love,
its simple but you see the real meaning of your drawing, great job , your an artist ! congratulations .
Thanks dear! Abstract painting is even more complicated, right? It's how we interpret our works of art.
Thanks for dropping by.
I don't know how to draw. I love it mommy
