The amazing thing in this life is that we get to breathe and live where many other creatures are also enjoying a life of their own. The flora and fauna in particular are gifts not just to co-exist with us but their presence alongside us is crucial to the ecosystem. As mankind been bestowed with great intelligence, it is incredible to have the several few among us do great things in bringing together some of the wild creatures closer to us for an encounter and yet still confined in their respective habitats. In this write-up, join me in the time I took my teens to a safari for a good walk through uphill and downhill. An up-close experience with the plains and stripes, the furry, the feathered, and the blooms. Few shots have been randomly collaged to include in this blog as this content is to be deposited in the memory bank.
Look at that vibrant and lush greens! Underneath them was where we trod forward and forward.....getting hungry, sweaty, and exhausted. Thus, it was all a worthwhile experience.
It was one weekend when teens are free from academics and sports when we cheerfully agreed to be at the safari. We must leave early in the morning to enjoy the day fully. Weather was both sunny and cool. And the sweat while going around the hills is good for a workout’s worth. Good way to burn unwanted calories, right? Haha! As we reached our destination, we can evidently feel the fresher air we were breathing. That’s the best thing I love in a place of numerous trees, grasses, and all. Whew! Eager to see what this day could bring, or should I say what I bring to this day? Whatever.😄
Now, let us start with the king of the jungle. Who must be the queen? Of course, the better half.

And more to my favorite king. The type that never majors on minor things.
The closest encounter I’ve ever made but would never do if this glass wall had never partitioned us haha. But honestly, look at that huge paw with big black beans😍. Adorable! Now, let’s go to the stripes and plains.
Which one do you like? Zebra or deer? Hmmm, I like both. Onward, let’s have our tall and mighty friend in its majestic hue.
Next was the amazing creature, who among all of our friends here confidently posed like having its own show of power pose in front of the world as its stage.
Wasn’t that a pretty little pose? Exactly, it knew the lens been focused that way. Unbeatably lovely!
Time to go swimming. Let’s check out some of our friends there.
They were just undeniably cute. Been tempted to pet them, really.

Now, more four-legged friends we had here.
Then we headed to the blooms in color.
Look! Son must have been tired with all those uphill and downhill walk. Few more steps and we’ll head home.

The most thrilling was the close encounter with the king of the jungle when you get to board a safe vehicle going around. Oh, the thrill of having those creatures going around the vehicle makes one's heartbeat indescribable😆
Wow you must have had a grand experience in that place. The Flora and fauna are amazing to behold. I can't say relaxing because of the Lions and such but I would say thrilling. Hello @markelle2801. They sure are great presents in our world and being able to have them close is another gift we can live with especially the floras in various kind and colors. Yeah, I agree with the thrill of being with the king of the jungle - a blend of excitement and fear. I like lions for real and I find it unfortunate that I can only watch them from afar and can't get to pet or domesticate one. I like their personality. They are both calm at a time and fierce for a good reason. That's true power for me😍

I feel honored for you have made me realize that it was a time when fun and agility was not the only one present but also the love and other emotion alongside it. Only you made me realize that unconsciously it was not only to check out the place and what it can offer but also to witness the feelings of those animals we don't get to tend at home or see freely in our ordinary days. Upon recollection, I realize that those animals have a characteristic of their own, some had fun in groups and some enjoy being alone, momma animals never let their cubs away from them, some just had their siesta, while others frolic on their own. Somewhat humane! I can indeed say, this is truly a wonderful world been blessed to us richly.😇

As much as I enjoy strolling around nature and awesome places like this, I'm hindered by the thought that snakes are everywhere and are ready to attack me, haha! But, we can't deny the fact that it's a great experience and seems like you enjoyed it a lot , Ma'am hehe. It's satisfying to see different animals live in one environment and they look beautiful 😍.
Hahahahaha, sooo me @marialavogue24. Snakes are not something we can deal with even in thoughts, right? But I guess snakes are scared of people too, and surely they must be in hiding when people at the safari start to go around. However, huge snakes were properly contained in enough space there. Somehow I feel sad for them not being able to go around freely. I can't imagine if they do too😌

That was a great adventure and experience, a memorable one. I was smiling when I saw the pose of the monkey like he knows someone captured him a photo. Hope I can visit the place together with the kids surely children gonna love to see the animals.

I've visited the place last 2019, i think the orchids section wasn't there yet, or maybe, i didn't notice 😊 The Cebu Safari is an extraordinary escape into the wild. You can get up close with those Giraffes😀 Truly a breathtaking wildlife experience. Definitely worth visiting.

Amazing beauty of nature that gives us peace of mind and the greeny nature with strong wild animals. I loved the green vibes and so much enjoy to see a wild animals. Cebu Safari is quite wild to explore. There is more animals to have. Hope to visit soon in that place.

Indeed a great experience to see wild animals in real life. We also had a Leisure Hub near us, wherein there is a mini zoo with Lion, Monkey, deer, some peacocks. I will post it here in our community to share also our experience out there. 😃

Hi @celestyne15. A big warm hug from Cebu! Yeah, Rio was just adorable right? At the safari you get the chance to feed the likes of Rio. That experience was a total heart filling. The kids wouldn't want to stop feeding. Many people love to feed them and I can imagine how bloated the kinds of Rio are😃.

To be standing in the midst of this mesmerizing beauty makes you feel grateful to the great Creator of the universe. When visiting places such as this, it makes you realize that there are also other magnificent creatures that deserve care, shelter, and safe environment to thrive on to. They too deserve a place in this planet, thus humans should be responsible shepherds of God's creation. So, all may live in peace and harmony.
