Dear Asean food lovers! I hope you are fine. This time, I would like to share my experience making chicken nuggets with a carrot. It is the first time I try to make chicken nuggets.
Chicken nuggets in Indonesia is usually served with white rice, tomato and chili sauce, and raw vegetables. Children like this dish very much.

How do you make chicken nuggets with a carrot?

This is my simple recipe to make this delicious dish.

Ingredients

250 grams of chicken fillet
3 spoons of tapioca
1/2 tea spoon of salt
1/2 tea spoon of pepper
1 egg
1 leek
3 garlics
3 shallots or red onions (slice and fry!)
1 spoon of chicken powder

Step 1

• Slice and fry the onions.
• Grind the chicken meat with garlic until smooth.
• Blend the carrot and the leek!
  
• Mix the ground meat and carrot
• Add an egg.
• Add the tapioca starch.
• Put the salt, pepper, and chicken powder.
• Mix well !

This is the mixture's dough.

Step 2

• Put the dough in a pan.
• Steam for about 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, take out the dough from the pan. Let it cool. Cut the well done nugget into rectangle or square shapes.

Step 3

• Prepare the coating.
• Mix 100 grams of wheat flour with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon sugar.
• Ad about 100 ml of water.
• Dip the nuggets in the coating mixture
• Roll the nuggets in the breadcrumbYou will get a lot of raw nuggets with the breadcrumb. Put them in a box, and keep them in the freezer.
  

Step 4

• Fry the nuggets in warm vegetable oil.
• Serve with white rice, chili or tomato sauce, and raw vegetables.
  Nuggets can be kept in the refrigerator. It is a good dish in the morning when you need to make a fast breakfast.
