I Was Surprised to See How Well Our Bell Peppers Grew in the Garden

Happy Friday Hivers!

The first batch of bell peppers we planted produced very small fruits. Although we were still able to harvest some, the peppers were really tiny. What surprised us was that even though the fruits were still small, they would ripen quickly, so we decided to harvest them anyway.

Despite their small size, we were still happy that we were able to get a harvest from our plants. In the end, I don’t feel like the time and effort we spent growing them went to waste. Even a small harvest is still something to be grateful for, especially when you’ve watched the plants grow from the beginning.

For the second batch we planted, we noticed a big difference. Compared to the first batch, the plants looked much healthier. The stems were bigger and stronger, and the leaves were thicker and fuller.

I’m the one responsible for watering the plants every morning because my mother and I each have our own parts of the garden to take care of. Because of that, I get to see the bell pepper plants every day and notice how healthy and vigorous they are becoming. It’s actually satisfying to see how much better this second batch is growing compared to the first one.

As you can see in the photo, the plants are already producing flowers. Some of them even have tiny fruits starting to form. They are still very small and haven’t fully emerged yet, so they’re not very noticeable in the photo, but it’s exciting to see that the plants are already beginning to bear fruit.

We currently have seven bell pepper plants growing in our garden, and so far, all of them are growing really well. They look healthy and strong, which makes me hopeful for a good harvest.

I just hope their growth continues this way until all of them produce fruits. It would be really rewarding to see all seven plants bear bell peppers after all the time and effort we’ve put into taking care of them.
