The Feeling of Nostalgia - The Sunset and Bikini Photos in Cebu

It's just so cold here in France right now, the proof that summer has ended. My kids went to school this morning at 8 degrees Celsius. The start of autumn feels like the beginning of winter.

I even asked my husband when we could start our exercise. He needs to go back to running. I am not a fan of running; I prefer to do a little jogging and walking. Or, if I do biking, I must not use the electricity/battery of the e-bike, stay zero at all.

I cannot help but be nostalgic with all these photos. It was the year 2016, in Cebu, when I should have taken photos of a friend for his bodybuilding competition portfolio photo, but he ended up taking photos of me after.

Anyway, I just miss the hot weather and wearing bikinis on the beach. I don't mind wearing bikinis with my mama body right now as long as I am happy to swim in the warm sea water of Cebu.

These photos are also a reminder that I had a great time in my younger years. Also, I need to get back to exercise to return to a healthy lifestyle. Not necessarily to return to this body as thin as this. I am not sure if I could return to 46 kg, I am now 55 kg. Hahaha! Maybe I'll be fine to go down to 53 kg or 50 kg.

I am not sure that living in France made me feel lazy about doing any exercise. But I said to my husband that if I have the chance to stay in Cebu for a month or two, I think I will lose weight naturally, as I love to get up at 6 AM when the sun is already rising. When the weather is hot, I am forced to wake up. Here in France, I tend to hibernate more when the weather is cold.

Haha! I'm kinda complaining about the cold weather, but I'm happy to see these photos, as it puts a smile on my face.

And of course, I miss snorkeling and scuba diving in the Philippines. Whew!
