First Radio Communicator Experience at a Motocross Event

I was invited by my big brother to participate in a radio communicator's activity to assist in radio communication for out of town event inside the region. It was my first exposure to this kind of gathering and what I felt more interesting is to see the displayed motor bikes the expensive Harley Davidson brand.

These big bikes just caught my attention although I don't have the proper training yet to drive these kind of luxurious motors I think it would be fun to have one in the future I was just star struck when I saw these luxury vehicles displayed while doing the radio communicator's duty. The owners parked it in one area and wer watched over by policemen while they were busy watching the motocross.

I suddenly felt motivated and challenge myself to get a license this year as it would be favorable and advantageous if one knows how to ride a motorbike it is actually a valuable skill in today's modern life and not having driving skills is like you are left behind.

The owners of these expensive motors where both men and women who are more likely fond of racing events like this so they were gathered together for the same hobby. These luxury vehicle enthusiasts have expensive hobby.

While they were on the main event their precious motorbikes were on display that was like exhibit. Many men in uniform guarded the location as these vehicles cost a fortune.

Our radio club set up radio base for the coordination of authorities in the area as well as the organizers.

It was the town fiesta at the same time so people were gathered to get their give aways from the initiative of their town officers or officials. Our radio club was there to assist in case of emergencies and we are there to respond to urgent and immediate needs of the organized event.
