I was invited by my friend to attend her daughter's first birthday celebration. The guests should be wearing colors with a shade of pink, purple and white. I choose white as I don't need to buy new dress for the occasion. The celebrant wore pink. My friend wore a floral pink too.

It was a children's party actually. The host presented magic with white dove as one of his props and a puppet stuffed toy. It was amusing to the kids who watched his performance carefully with their innocent eyes and faces, the kids were delighted by the magical show.

The magician also had a quick bird show, using his pet parrot to perform some few tricks. The young ones applauded on what they saw from the duo.

Although, he caught the children's attention focusing on what he performed in front of them, the magician also asked the audience if they want to see a rabbit or bunny but instead pulled a toy playing a puppet show.

Aside from magic, bird and puppet show, one full-time missionary showed his cultural dance and presented it.

It was fun to see a live dance performance although performed solo
from a native.

What's cool in this children's party is the photobooth placed at the lobby where guest could pose for 3 different shots for 2 copies in 1 printing.

The guests fall in line for their turn, others as families couple with their kids, as for me and my friend we borrowed the birthday celebrant to have a souvenir on that celebration.

We also took selfies with our phone together with the child celebrant.

Then, dinner time came the kids got their pack lunch. While the adults fall in line for the buffet.

2 boxes of roasted pork were served. Filipinos usually like the crunchy skin part of the lechon.

There was also a table for desserts and healthy drink especially for kids.

The program continued after the dinner break with a video presentation from month 1-12 of the baby girl.

The birthday program started and ended with a prayer. The closing prayer was led by their family friend who came all the way from the capital city just to attend this special occasion.

It's awesome to see the support, love and care of friends from afar who flew just to join this special celebration a milestone of my friend's daughter and hear the warm video messages of the friends who were not able to come.

I love how the kids enjoyed the magic show and the cute performances, their happy and innocent reactions are always the best to see.
