My Daily Life Post: "Attending Community Service and Monthly Meeting"

This is our designated areas to clean, gladly there are only few trash scattered at the ground and we can finished it on time. First, we wait for other to come before we start cleaning the road. Our Purok leader said that we should work together as a team so the work can easily done on time. While waiting for others, I kept myself roaming around to see for any best areas we can place the trash we will cleaned and luckily I found some best place.

I also take few pictures of the areas particularly the coast where few small unique boats placed by the fishermen. The waves was slightly calm and light winds blew the shore that can make us more relaxing even there was heat from the sun already. It was lucky for us here because we arrived on time and we can relax ourselves for a minute from slight long walk because other are not yet arrived. After few minutes, they started to walk to the designated place and started to cleaned the road side. We did an enjoyable conversation while cleaning.

We started doing our tasks and obligations just like sweeping those dry leaves and placed in one area so we can easily put in the sack and loaded to the Garbage truck. Proper segregation is also part of the previous meeting so we will really follow the regulations. Mixed trashed are swept just like plastic and dry leaves, the men also mending the fence and cutting the wild grass grows near at the road. There is also who did documenting just like taking pictures so they can send it to the Local Government. A moment later, one of the Barangay Officials also went to the place to checked the activities we did and she was really amazed happy.

We also placed a simple trash can out of empty sack. We labeled it from Biodegradable to Non-Biodegradable so those who wants to throw their garbage will know where to put their trash. This is also part of the proper segregation here in our Barangay and it helps to the place to become clean and attractive. We placed it near at the road so everyone can see easily and the garbage collector collected it every day.

This is our Purok Waiting shed, it is decorated with colorful curtains and very clean. This is place where meetings and important matters being done. After the community service, Monthly meeting are the next part of activity and gladly all of the members are present. Purok officials and one Barangay official also there to join the meeting and we are welcomed them.

Everyone was paying attention to the announcement of the Barangay official and it was all about the exact time of curfew hours. Everyone was agreed and after that the readings of the Purok expense so it can give transparency to everyone about the financial status of the money. After that, they also tackled the upcoming activities here in Barangay and listing the names as for attendance.

After the meeting, The Barangay Official told us to buy snacks to all of us here, we brought four family size of softdrinks and lots of bread. Everybody was very happy and enjoyable eating the snacks. It takes almost two hours of the Activities and after that we decided to went back home.
