Celebrating My Grandma's 79th Birthday

After a few hours of having a conversation, my Grandma decided to went on her room while I was keeping myself busy watching movies at the televesion and a moment later I decided to Sing my Favorite song to keep myself of not getting bored.

It takes a few hours of singing at my Grandma's living room until my Aunt came arrived from Iligan City. Grandma was very surprised because she did not know that my Aunt will come home all the way from far place. As for that, she begun listing the Ingredients needed for cokking my Grandma's favorite food. But it was still a surprised for her. She did listing on her room and we kept a secret so my Grandma will be very surprised and happy. It takes a few minutes of thinking amd listing the Primary Ingredients and after that My Aunt ordered my Counsins to went to the Super market to buy those Ingredients needed.

It was already 7 in the evening when some of my relatives came and while waiting for the food, they kept themselves very busy by singing their favorite songs. While my Grandma was very happy and enjoyed watching them Singing. She was very sad to told my relatives that there are no foods for her Birthday but she was very shocked when She sees lots of Groceries we brought from the Supermarket.

With the help of my Cousins, we started to cook some delicious dishes and really needs to be done or finished on time. Grandma was very happy for her birthday and she prepared the utensils Just like Plates, Forks, Spoons and many more. My Aunt Supervising us on what to do and everybody was very busy and enjoyed the tasks we did. Good thing there are lots of firewoods at the kitchen and it will be easy to used aa firewoods for tge food we want to cook.

Ice cream is one of the best dessert and I decided to buy this Two Half gallons of ice cream. There are lots of flavors just like Manggo, orange, chocolate and ube. I also brought 6 liter of softdrinks and this will to contribute for my Grandma's birthday clebration. Gladly My Cousins are helping to cook the dishes and we are very happy and enjoyed doing the tasks. A moment later, the table is set and the foods are already displayed and we take a rest for a moment before we proceed to eat.

Aside of ice cream, we also brought this cheffon cake. It is a kind of simple cake were no icing at the top but very delicious. My Grandma loves to eat this kind of cake, according to her this is good to eat and cannot lead to diabetes. Aside of that, a number candles also at the top of the cake so Grandma can blow the candle and make her wish.

The Delicious Foods:

Bihon:

One of the most popular pinoy food and it is always served to the guest every special occasions like Birthdays, Weddings and even anniversaries. A series of Dried shrimps, noddles and spicies like onions, garlic, soy sauce and meat mix up together.

Adobo:

Adobo is also Grandma's favorite food, as she knows about cooking adobo her request was to cook the meat only. This is a kind of dish were the meat marinated first using vinegar and soy sauce. Sauted in a cooking oil adding with spicies like onions and garlic.

The table is set and ready, we still keep waiting to other relatives to come and while waiting we kept ourselves busy by singing our Favorite song and we felt like we are a singer.

Before we proccees eating we offered a Prayer to the food and also to the Birthday celebrant and it takes a few minutes. My Father leads the Prayer and after that, we sung a birthday song and started to eat. My Grandma was very thankful for thw wonderful and surprising gift she had for her birthday.
