Wednesday Walk - Thoughtful Students

The celebration of 2025 New Year was being celebrated again when my students visited me. They were my previous working students, and alumni who decided to come in our house when they read my post about my health issue. Touching moment , they surprised me and they brought a duck, slaughtered and we ate together. They decided calling each other to come because they were worried about the post. That's overwhelming act of kindness I won't forget and I really appreciated that. I just realized how they paid back the way I treated being not only a teacher but a friend of me. They count on me.

Keeping the 2025 memories.

Look at us how we ate together. We were just like a sibling. No gap between me and my students. We are family forever.

They slept at home and the following morning, they packed up after their breakfast. They went home early. Its better to travel in the morning most especially that it's still raining. The road in the mountain may have landslide. How they made me an important person, one of the reason I need to stay alive.

They slaughtered the white duck for lunch.

He was Dodoy,my last working who graduated and now study in college as working student with other boss. Because of my big medicine mentainance, I can't afford to let him study his college.

A teacher must flexible to your student. Be friendly to them and they would never forget us. Like me, these group of students before became a friend to me. We ate and talked together in my small wooden room as my office and all in one place to sleep and cook my food. It's just a tiny one bit a lot of memories to remember. From my day one until now, the room I stay became a big part connection with my students who just came to visit me at home.

During their visits to me, they were just acting that we were in the mountain tiny house. We took a lot of picture for our 2025 late new year celebration.

Thanks to the universe, to God who planned our life like this dispite of all trials, we never been apart. We celebrate all occasion together.
