Now in the city, our parent and grandparents were gone except our maternal grandmother. There are so many mildv changes and something improvised.
We listened the mass online and felt the spirit of the holy week. I just got home yesterday from the mountain and we have short vacation.
Giovanni, our best cook and soon an agriculturist, cook our food called in Bisaya in Davao as Binignit I dont know what it is in English specifically. I just want to write it as what we called this since childhood.
He is our future Agriculturist from the indigeneous community. He loved cooking using the firewoods.
This was the finish product.
How he cooked it step by step until finished.
The ingredients plus the brown sugar and coconut milk
Everytime Giovani is here, we become happy. He is not a lazy and never get tired. I told him to sleep in the afternoon but he dont like to relax himself. He cleaned the surrounding of the house. He also love using firewoods to minimize the expenses for the gasul.
After cooking, my nephew went to the house of my Aunt.He brought some of the binignit for them and my Aunt gave us Biko, a sweetened glutinous rice.
This is the sweetened glutinous rice given to us by my Aunt.
The Friday was a rainy day! We felt the presence of God and we must love Him truly. He died for us , He save us.
I would like to express my gratification to #hiveph and @asean.hive admin and community members.
