This afternoon I was, wondering what cook to make for the bangus fish in the fridge when I asked the kids if they wanted me to cook soup style. The response is all say yes, especially the two small they love soup. Sometimes is a challenge to look for a meal that’s both healthy and easy to prepare. This quick and easy fish soup might just be your new go-to for lunchtime. It's packed with nutrients, and light on the stomach.

What makes this soup a winner for families is how simple and fast to make. You can have a wholesome meal ready in just 10 minutes. The bangus or in English milk fish, is whatever cook you make it will come out yummy. I just add some camote tap or in English sweet potato leaves, union ginger, and tomato, for a comforting.

One of the best parts? It’s to my kids eating nicely they have enjoyed sipping the soup. The smooth, creamy texture of the fish makes it easy to eat, and the flavors are mild enough that they won’t even realize they’re mama giving healthy food. Plus, it's a good timing to introduce healthy food into their diet without the fuss. After the meal, I told them I’m so proud of them for eating healthy food, and also they’ll feel proud of their self.

This fish soup is the perfect blend of nutrition and comfort, after all four of them just recovered the food poisoning, it's good to introduce soup food and nutritionist food for our lunchtime. This is Simple, quick, and delicious what more could we ask for? Give it a try, and watch your kids happily slurp it up!

Wow! 😊This menu has been our family's all-time favorite. I love cooking this using fresh tamarind fruits instead of broth, for you can savor the soup's natural sourness and it will somehow complement the milkfish itself. You're right, it's truly comforting. 😻

Milkfish is my favorite fish. I like this way of cooking milkfish too. The belly part is the best, I'm sure many people prefer that part too. This dish is also suitable to be eaten especially during rainy days. I haven't eaten milkfish in a month perhaps. I hope it's cheaper next time we go to the market so we can buy more. Happy eating milkfish!

that's is very true, any cook of milkfish can go, the only thing must remove the bones for the kids.

Ah hehe... yes, beware of the milkfish bones, tiny but annoying to the throat if stuck.
