Hello, everyone!
It has been two months since I last visited our garden. I was excited to see how our plants were doing because I had not been able to check them almost two months. I was also happy to see that many of them had grown well.

All I can say, thank you to my husband! Despite being busy with rice farming and sugarcane, he still manages to take care of our plants. He makes sure that our strawberries, lettuce, sunflowers, and other garden plants are not neglected. I know he also has many things to do on the farm, so I appreciate his effort in maintaining my little garden. He always supports me whenever I want to plant something.

Early in the morning, I had my coffee here in the garden. It was native coffee from our farm. I enjoyed sitting around the plants while drinking a warm cup of coffee. It feels different when you drink coffee with this kind of surroundings. You can see the green leaves, growing vegetables, and beautiful flowers around you. Sometimes, simple moments like this are enough to make me happy.

I was also surprised to see how many strawberries were growing. They already had plenty of fruits, and their leaves looked healthy. I could tell that my husband had really taken good care of them. He waters the plants every morning and again in the afternoon, around 5 PM. He uses clean water because the weather has been very hot lately. The plants need enough water to stay healthy despite the heat.

Another thing I noticed was the number of strawberry runners. My husband had already transplanted some of them into plastic cups because someone ordered ten cups of strawberry plants. I was happy to know that our runners could also become an additional source of income. Instead of just keeping them in the garden, we can grow more plants and sell them to interested buyers.

I also harvested some lettuce to bring with me to the farm. It will be my pasalubong, and I plan to add it to our creambread. It is always nice to have fresh vegetables that we can harvest directly from our own garden.

Our bottle gourds, bitter gourds, and eggplants are also growing. Looking at all these plants made me realize that farming and gardening really need proper time management. We have many things to attend to, and sometimes we cannot check everything regularly.

I also noticed that many bananas on the trees were already ripe. Since I had not visited for two months, some fruits were left unchecked. We decided to harvest them while they were still good.

This visit made me appreciate my husband's effort even more. I may not always be present in the garden, but I am happy that he continues taking care of the plants we started together.π±π

Wow, brings a lot of strawberries sis. π₯°

Your garden is incredibly abundant! You can save so much money because you have already vegetables and even snacks growing right in your own backyard. You can just step outside and pick what you need for your meals. By the way, can strawberries survive in hot weather?
Yes @kellyane strawberries can survive even in hot places. You just need to provide some shade using coconut leaves or a shade net so the plants won't be directly exposed to the intense heat of the sun.
