Singapore - A Taste Of Michelin Bib Gourmand @ Kok Sen

Today's Eating Out post is on a visit to a Michelin Bib Gourmand. For those who might not be familiar, Michelin Bib Gourmand highlights establishments that offer good-quality food at moderate prices, which is a different tier from the high level stars ranking. There are much more Michelin Bib Gourmand food places all over the world, and Singapore is no different. So here's one of them!

The first dish is one of the signatures, called Moonlight Hor Fun. Moonlight because the egg yolk is in the middle of hor fun. The dark sauce was very flavourful and there were lots of ingredients within.

The second dish we had was Assorted Seafood and Pork Noodles. A lighter dish, but similar to first one, they were very generous with the ingredients like the pork slices, prawns, egg, and vegetables. I felt both dishes complemented each other and were equally delicious. As we weren't that hungry, we only ordered these two dishes.

The total bill came up to SGD 18.31 (~USD 14), which I thought was very affordable, especially for a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. Definitely would patronise Kok Sen more often to try out their other dishes!

P.S. In case anyone is wondering, this sharing is not sponsored in any way.
