Hello everyone!

Today I am going to write about a new game I have discovered recently, it's called Hyper Rail Blaster. It's made by the same platform as Moon Karts: Arcade Colony. This game, Rail Blaster is still in alpha testing, so don't expect really complex mechanics as it's still in development, but as you probably already know by now, I enjoy playing games, especially games which are linked to Hive. So, I just wanted to try out Railway Blast.

My first try didn't work out that well, after a couple of seconds I died because I was hit by the mines. The goal of the game is to shoot at the mines without being hit by these bouncing mines. When you kill a mine, it's possible that you receive a power-up.

Apparently, I encountered a problem that my screen isn't showing the whole game. This makes it harder as I can't see the top of my screen. There is a fullscreen button, but when I click on that button, I just get a black screen. Probably it is because I play on my laptop which has a screen that isn't that big. But I would guess that the game would automatically resize when necessary. It's maybe some feedback to the developers to have a look at that issue.

These power-ups can help you in playing the game. The more of these power-ups you collect, the faster you can shoot bullets. That ofcourse helps you in killing the mines easier. So, the more of these power-ups you collect, the easier the game becomes.

Feedback to the team

As mentioned already, I am not able to view my whole screen, even in fullscreen mode. Thus I would advice the team to look at that issue.

Another idea I have is to make the game available on mobile. As it seems to be easily playable with just a left button, a right button and a shoot button. I am no developer myself but that should be easily doable.

It's a great arcade-styled game which is fun to play. I am just wondering how they want this game to be linked to the Hive blockchain. How would they make it play2earn. Would there be an incentive to climb a leaderboard which gives you some kind of tokens? What would be the utility for the token? Or would it just be an inflationary token. But in that case, the price of the token would plumet sooner or later. This aspect makes me the most curious how the developers will tackle it.

Anyways, it's fun to play, so I would definitely recommend to try out the game! Out of curiosity, what's your highscore? ;)
