[EN/PT-BR] Hive Grove: Radio, campfire, and friends! Talking about Saturday's bug fixes.

WOW, what an incredible day. Quite tiring, but sensational at the same time.

Campfire exploded in every sense. I barely managed to keep up with everything that happened, what was written, marked, or said, but I did my best to try and fix as many bugs as possible and improve the game's communication with its players.

Of everything that happened, the most complicated thing was a visual bug that occurred with some players' armed drones and radio missions. I've already uploaded a version to try and fix and improve everything, and I ask that you test it and give me feedback on all of this.

Regarding the drones:

It was a visual bug; for some reason, the drones had already been used but appeared as armed in Hive Grove. I interacted most with @rachaeldwatson about this, and I ask that you please contact me on Discord if you use it, as I need to show you some important data related to this issue.

I know it's all been very confusing, and I'd like to talk to you to calmly explain what happened and resolve this, as I know it was a serious Hive Grove flaw and it was really frustrating.

I need to give you a more coherent explanation of what happened, otherwise I won't be satisfied haha. So I hope to be able to talk to you later.

Regarding the radio missions:

First of all, I thank everyone who reported the problems with the radio and its missions: @rainbowdash4l, @jenifers, @ekads, @curamax, and @bengbenggg, and I apologize for the stress.

I know how frustrating it is to listen for a moment and feel like nothing counts. Your reports, with screenshots and timestamps, are what allow me to find the problems quickly.

What was happening: "I can't find the Golden Track"

Since the second album (Pixel Chiptunes) arrived, the "Golden Track" can be on any of the albums, but the "All" station plays the albums in order, so the Halloween album always appears first. Today's Golden Track was near the end of the Pixel album, so many of you listened to more than an hour of music without ever finding it. This was something I didn't think about when uploading the new album.

What changed: the Gold Track card in the Missions tab now indicates which album today's track is on. The radio button for that station also turns gold until you find it. You still need to find the track by listening, but now you know where to look.

I believe this will already improve things considerably and also provide a certain degree of difficulty and unpredictability that we need for the missions.

Regarding "My minutes are stuck":

Your login lasts 24 hours. After that, the radio would silently stop counting your time, and refreshing the page didn't solve the problem. Nothing warned that this was happening, and it was a bug.

What changed: if your login expires, refreshing the page now redirects you to the login screen. If it expires while the music is playing, the radio displays a warning asking you to refresh and log in again. Your time will no longer stop counting without any message.

Gold Hunt in the Forest (thanks @curamax) Two things here:

The goals that the Forest reaches before you reach your minimum still pay you when you reach them. You don't lose them for arriving late. The card text now says so.

You were right that the goals were too low. The Forest is finding about 30 Golden Trails per day, much more than I expected. The new levels are 500 / 800 / 1,100. "Forest in the Air" has also been adjusted to 12,000 / 20,000 / 30,000 trails.

If you have already received the first level of "Forest in the Air", you keep it, and it now appears as the first level of the new scale.

Remember that the weekly, seasonal, and community missions, of all categories, may still receive several adjustments, as I am collecting information to calibrate them. This first week is for learning so that we can then adjust all the missions fairly.

Compensation:

Players who lost points due to these bugs today, namely @rachaeldwatson, @caspermoeller89, and @layac13, received the Gold Belt (+3) for October 3rd. @ekads received "Half an hour in the air" (+2) and the 10-belt step (+1).

WOW, que dia incrível. Bem cansativo, mas ao mesmo tempo sensacional.

Campfire explodiu em todos os sentidos. Mal consegui acompanhar tudo o que aconteceu, o que foi escrito, marcado ou dito, mas fiz o meu melhor para tentar corrigir o máximo possível de bugs e melhorar a comunicação do jogo parar com seus jogadores.

De tudo o que aconteceu, o que mais foi complicado foi um bug visual que aconteceu com os drones armados de alguns jogadores e as missões de rádio. Já subi uma versão para tentar corrigir e melhorar tudo e peço para que vocês testem e me devolvam o feedback sobre tudo isso.

Sobre os drones:

Era um bug visual, por algum motivo, os drones já haviam sido utilizados mas apareciam como armados no Hive Grove. Quem eu mais interagi sobre isso foi com a @rachaeldwatson e peço que depois por favor me procure no Discord caso você use ele, pois preciso te mostrar alguns dados importantes para esse assunto.

Sei que ficou tudo bem confuso e gostaria de conversar com você para explicar com calma o que aconteceu e assim resolver isso, pois sei que foi uma falha grave do Hive Grove e isso realmente foi bem frustrante.

Eu preciso te passar uma explicação mais coerente sobre o que aconteceu, senão não me darei por satisfeito haha. Então espero conseguir falar com você depois.

Sobre as missões de rádio:

Primeiramente, agradeço a todos que relataram os problemas com o rádio e suas missões: @rainbowdash4l, @jenifers, @ekads, @curamax e @bengbenggg, e peço que me desculpem pelo estresse.

Sei como é frustrante ouvir por um momento e sentir que nada conta. Seus relatos, com capturas de tela e horários, são o que me permite encontrar os problemas rapidamente.

O que estava acontecendo: "Não consigo encontrar a Faixa Dourada"

Desde que o segundo álbum (Pixel Chiptunes) chegou, a "Faixa Dourada" pode estar em qualquer um dos álbuns, mas a estação "Todas" toca os álbuns em ordem, sendo assim, o álbum do Halloween sempre aparece primeiro. A Faixa Dourada de hoje estava perto do final do álbum Pixel, então muitos de vocês ouviram mais de uma hora de música sem nunca a encontrar. Isso foi algo que não pensei no momento de subir o álbum novo.

O que mudou: o cartão da Faixa Dourada na aba Missões agora indica em qual álbum a faixa de hoje está. O botão dessa estação no rádio também fica dourado até você encontrá-la. Você ainda precisa encontrar a faixa ouvindo, mas agora sabe onde procurar.

Acredito que isso já vai melhorar bastante e ainda dar um certo grau de dificuldade e imprevisibilidade que estamos precisando para as missões.

Sobre "Meus minutos estão travados":

Seu login dura 24 horas. Depois disso, o rádio parava silenciosamente de contar seu tempo e ao atualizar a página isso não resolvia o problema. Nada avisava que isso estava acontecendo e era um bug.

O que mudou: se o seu login expirar, atualizar a página agora o redireciona para a tela de login. Se expirar enquanto a música estiver tocando, o rádio exibe um aviso pedindo para você atualizar e fazer login novamente. Seu tempo não parará mais de contar sem nenhuma mensagem.

Caça ao ouro no Bosque (obrigado @curamax) Duas coisas aqui:

As metas que o Bosque atinge antes de você atingir seu mínimo ainda te pagam quando você as alcança. Você não as perde por chegar atrasado. O texto do cartão agora diz isso.

Você estava certo que as metas eram muito baixas. O Bosque está encontrando cerca de 30 Trilhas Douradas por dia, muito mais do que eu esperava. Os novos níveis são 500 / 800 / 1.100. "Bosque no ar" também foi ajustado para 12.000 / 20.000 / 30.000 trilhas.

Se você já recebeu o primeiro nível de "Bosque no ar", você o mantém, e agora ele aparece como o primeiro nível da nova escala.

Lembrando que as missões semanais, temporada e comunitária, de todas as categorias, ainda podem receber vários ajustes, pois estou coletando informações para calibrar elas. Essa primeira semana está sendo de aprendizado para depois ir ajustando de forma justa todas as missões.

Simplesmente não consegui responder a todos no dia de hoje e ainda tenho muitas notificações para responder.
