Fixing GIFs When Creating a Topic

@slothlydoesit reported and provided feedback that when creating a new topic, the GIF part wasn't working.

With this, I fixed that bug.

Implemented "what's new?"

Now, when you click on "profile" and go to "what's new," several posts containing Hive Grove updates will load. From the beginning to the current posts, like this one that's going live now.

Using the collection structure that Peakd provides, it's easy to group posts into a single post, keeping everything organized. So now you'll always have one place to find updates and news about HG.

I'm not sure if this part will become too heavy over time; I believe I will soon implement a limitation and divide it by pages, for example, each page loads 20 posts from the collection, so it doesn't become slow to load everything.

Now nobody will be out of the loop!

Finally, Transparency!

Hive Grove officially launched in June 2026, and a lot has happened since then, and I'm very happy with everything I've achieved and how fun things are!

But it's not easy to keep things online; nothing falls from the sky for free, so I have some costs that I've been covering since the launch of Hive Grove! So today I withdrew 2000 Hive from my account, which is around $100.

With this, I will cover the $10 for the domain https://www.playhivegrove.com/ that has already been debited from my account, but the domain is secured for 1 year.

Today, to finalize the new Campfire items, I signed up for the most basic ChatGPT plan, which is also around $10, just to generate the images. The free mode would take too long due to image generation limitations.

Finally, I believe the backend server (Railway) will close its account around the 20th, at a cost of $10 or a little more. As new things are implemented, more flows, verifications, actions, traffic, etc., are applied to the server, and with that, the cost also increases.

So with this amount, I believe I will be able to cover this month of October and the next two without problems. Anyway, I want to see if I can do some calculations to start looking into withdrawing funds from the @hive-grove account (monthly) in an orderly and fair way to cover expenses/investments.

These expenses/investments would include the server, ChatGPT (if necessary), paying the partnership with Raven, and of course, if possible, taking a little for myself (I'm really at the bottom of the list haha), because I've really dedicated myself to creating a unique experience for everyone.

Número de Jogadores online no Campfire!

Uma sugestão de @farrahyne. Achei legal essa ideia de mostrar quantas pessoas estão online somente no Campfire, assim, podemos ter uma noção se a noite vai ser animada ou não.

Aqui mostra somente um porque é ambiente de testes, então em produção é para mostrar mais números hehe.

Acredito que os números vao impressionar, será que temos muitas pessoas online diariamente? Vamos descobrir agora!

Correção dos GIFs ao Criar um Tópico

@slothlydoesit relatou e passou o feedback de que ao criar um novo tópico, a parte dos GIFs não estava funcionando.

Com isso, fiz a correção desse bug.

Implementado "o que têm de novo?"

Agora ao clicar em "perfil" e ir no que têm de novo, será carregado vários posts que contem as atualizações do Hive Grove. Desde o inicio até os posts atuais, como este agora que está saindo agora.

Utilizando da estrutura de coleção que o Peakd nos fornece, fica facil agrupar as postagens em um único post e deixando tudo organizado. Então agora você terá sempre um lugar para buscar as atualizações e novidades sobre o HG.

Não tenho certeza se essa parte vai pesar muito com o tempo, acredito que em breve irei fazer uma limitação e assim dividir por paginas, do tipo, cada pagina carrega 20 postagens que estão na coleção, para não ficar ruim de carregar tudo.

Agora ninguém mais fica desatualizado!

Por Fim, Transparência!

O Hive Grove chegou oficialmente em Junho de 2026 e de lá para cá muita coisa aconteceu e eu estou muito feliz com tudo o que tenho conquistado e de como as coisas estão divertidas com tudo isso!

Mas não é fácil manter as coisas online, nada cai de graça do céu, entao eu tenho alguns custos que tenho segurado desde o lançamento do Hive Grove! Então hoje eu tirei 2000 Hive da Conta, o que daria algo em torno de $100.

Com isso irei cobrir os $10 do domínio https://www.playhivegrove.com/ que já debitou na minha conta, mas o domínio está assegurado por 1 ano.

Hoje para finalizar logo os itens novos do Campfire, assinei o plano mais básico do ChatGPT que é algo em torno de $10 também, apenas para gerar as imagens. O modo Free iria demorar demais por conta das limitações de geração de imagem.

Por fim, o servidor backend (Railway) acredito que vai fechar a contagem por volta do dia 20, no valor de $10 ou um pouco mais. A medida que novas coisas vão sendo implementadas, mais fluxos, verificações, ações, tráfego, etc, vão sendo aplicados ao servidor e com isso o custo também aumenta.

Então com este valor, acredito que vou conseguir cobrir este mês de outubro e os próximos 2 sem problemas. De qualquer forma, quero ver se consigo fazer alguns cálculos para começar a ver sobre a retirada de forma ordenada e justa da conta @hive-grove (mensalmente) para cobrir os gastos/investimentos.

Estes gastos/investimentos seriam do servidor, ChatGPT (se necessário), pagar a parceria com a Raven e claro, se der tirar um pouco para mim (eu realmente estou em ultimo lugar da lista haha), porque eu tenho realmente me dedicado a criar uma experiência única para todos.

Claro que tudo ainda é verificação, são possibilidades e não certezas. Nestes meses que tenho segurado os valores da infraestrutura, os votos nas minhas postagens e o apoio das pessoas com o Campfire me ajudaram demais e eu sou super grato a isso!

Enfim, é isso! Não se preocupem porque não irei fazer nenhuma loucura, não estou aqui para isso! E claro, pé no chão e não deixar tudo isso que está acontecendo subir a cabeça! Vamos crescer juntos como uma comunidade!
