Introduction

Hi Hivers, how are you? In today's post, I want to share with you how a well thought out and analyzed strategy before the battle can make all the difference and bring us victory, even when facing a powerful enemy or combo.

In this case, I got the victory against one of the most feared combos in Splinterlands:

• SCARRED LLAMA MAGE + KRON THE UNDYING. 😵

I confess that I couldn't believe I got such a victory and that just shows that when we think calmly about the composition of our team and the skills that can make a difference, so the super difficult battle becomes easy, after all, the correct pieces were chosen.

Of course, these questions are for another day, let's get to the point!

Preparation

First, let's get to the details: my daily mission was focused on using the health element, so I was already trying to use this element in every battle to gain some more FP and SP points.

When I came across the battle, I noticed in that display we have about the opponent's last battles, a very curious and striking fact. Let's see in the image below, which I took when searching for my opponent's name, as I don't have the image of the pre-battle moment:

Looking now, I confess that I hadn't even seen that YODIN, our friend takes the summoners hard and as I say, who has pity is guitar!

Well, back to the main subject, there it was: SCARRED LLAMA MAGE + KRON THE UNDYING. So what could be worked out? Using the life element? Honestly, I thought that there was no way to win this battle and that anything done would be in vain.

The battle rules that we also have in this pre-battle moment were as follows:

• HOLY PROTECTION: All monsters start the game with the ability DIVINE SHIELD, meaning the first damage taken by everyone would be negated.

• HEAVY HITTERS: All monsters have the ability KNOCK OUT ABILITY, which causes stunned monsters to take double damage.

Elements: water, earth, life, death and dragon enabled and 29 mana to summon our warriors. So, based on this information, I imagined that he could come with the earth element and his dangerous combo and with that, it was time to assemble the team that would face this great challenge.

Team

My summoner would be the newly enabled level 3 GENERAL SLOAN:

So you ask me, who the hell uses CHAIN ​​SPINNER in the middle of 2022? Well, I also wanted to know, because I believe I was the only crazy person who thought that this plan could work and with a small spoiler (already given before) I managed to win this game.

The strategy was basically to hold the magic attacks, because my opponent could only summon KRON and so every round would be held by CHAIN ​​SPINNER and the team I put together to give all the support.

Meanwhile, the ranged team, boosted to their damage by the summoner GENERAL SLOAN, would be able to apply more damage than the health healed by KRON himself. It was very daring, but incredibly, it worked!

Battle

Then the prediction was correct and the famous combo happened. With some other monsters on the opponent's field, my noble warriors had the difficult mission to win this incredible game.

ROUND 1

The first round was pretty cold, after all with all the monsters having the divine shield, the first damage would be negated. Even so, my opponent's tank monster was defeated.

We can see that my team's firepower was very high, with a total of 14 possible attack points in a single turn and all concentrated on the first enemy monster, everything was heading towards a victory, it just depended on my tank CHAIN ​​SPINNER would survive the attacks.

ROUND 2

We continued with the blows, oddly enough, the strategy was really working, holding back magic damage and recovering my tank's armor.

In this round, 1 enemy unit was defeated and the time to confront KRON was coming.

ROUND 3

Then the moment arrived, after running over the entire opposing team, the great confrontation began.

With the combo happening, KRON has a magic damage of 5 points and recovers 6 life points per turn, so the victory was already imminent, because my team was able to apply much more than 6 points of damage , plus the REPAIR skill that was essential and worked as planned!

ROUND 4

This round was smooth, because it happened exactly as planned, there would only be 1 magic damage on my opponent's side, so recovering the CHAIN ​​SPINNER armor and taking advantage of the regulation under the arm, the damage would always be defended, therefore, no one would be shot from my team.

ROUND 5 - FINAL

Finally, even recovering 6 health points, my applied damage was much higher, so we closed the game perfectly and the opponent was completely controlled!

Conclusion

This battle was really amazing, I would love to be able to predict the steps of my opponents more efficiently, but I still find it difficult to make the right decisions in the preparation phase.

But as we fight, we also learn a lot, so I believe that gradually, one step at a time, I'm improving and getting more accurate in the choices for the duels. Anyway, I was very happy to win this battle using such a refined strategy and best of all, it worked!

Olá Hivers, tudo bem com vocês? Na postagem de hoje, quero compartilhar com vocês, como uma estratégia bem pensada e analisada antes da batalha pode fazer toda a diferença e trazer a vitória para nós, mesmo enfrentando um inimigo ou combo poderoso.

Neste caso, consegui a vitória contra um dos combos mais temidos do Splinterlands:

• SCARRED LLAMA MAGE + KRON THE UNDYING. 😵

Confesso que nem acreditei que consegui tal vitória e isso só mostra que quando pensamos com calma na composição do nosso time e das habilidades que podem fazer a diferença, assim a batalha super difícil se torna fácil, afinal, as peças corretas foram escolhidas.

Claro que esses questionamentos ficam para outro dia, vamos ao que interessa!

Preparação

Primeiramente, vamos aos detalhes: minha missão diária estava com o foco em utilizar o elemento vida, então já estava tentando utilizar este elemento em todas as batalhas para ganhar alguns pontos a mais de FP e SP.

Ao me deparar com a batalha, observei naquele display que temos sobre as últimas batalhas do oponente, um fato bem curioso e chamativo. Vamos observar na imagem abaixo, que tirei ao pesquisar pelo nome do meu oponente, pois não tenho a imagem do momento da pré-batalha:

Olhando agora, confesso que nem havia visto aquele YODIN, nosso amigo pega pesado nos invocadores e como costumo dizer, quem tem dó é violão!

Bem, voltando ao assunto principal, lá estava: SCARRED LLAMA MAGE + KRON THE UNDYING. Então o que poderia ser elaborado? Utilizando o elemento vida? Sinceramente, pensei que não tinha como ganhar essa batalha e que qualquer coisa feita seria em vão.

As regras de batalhas que também temos neste momento de pré-batalha, eram as seguintes:

• HOLY PROTECTION: Todos os monstros começam a partida com a habilidade DIVINE SHIELD, ou seja, o primeiro dano sofrido por todos iria ser negado.

• HEAVY HITTERS: Todos os monstros possuem a habilidade KNOCK OUT ABILITY, que faz com que monstros atordoados recebam o dobro de dano.

Elementos: água, terra, vida, morte e dragão habilitados e 29 de mana para invocar nossos guerreiros. Então, como base nessas informações, imaginei que ele poderia vir justamente com o elemento terra e seu perigoso combo e com isso, chegou o momento de montar a equipe que iria enfrentar este grande desafio.

Equipe

Meu invocador seria o recém habilitado ao nível 3 GENERAL SLOAN:

Então você me pergunta, quem diabos utiliza CHAIN SPINNER em pleno 2022? Pois é, também queria saber, pois acredito que fui o único maluco que pensou que esse plano poderia dar certo e com um pequeno spoiler (já dado anteriormente) consegui vencer essa partida.

A estratégia era basicamente segurar os ataque mágicos, pois meu adversário poderia convocar apenas o KRON e assim toda rodada seria segurado pelo CHAIN SPINNER e a equipe que montei para dar todo o suporte.

Enquanto isso, a equipe de ataques a distância, bonificados no seu dano pelo invocador GENERAL SLOAN, conseguiriam aplicar mais dano do que a vida curada pelo próprio KRON. Era muita ousadia, mas incrivelmente, deu certo!

Batalha

Então a previsão foi correta e o famoso combo aconteceu. Com alguns outros monstros no campo adversário, meus nobres guerreiros tinham a difícil missão de ganhar está incrível partida.

RODADA 1

A primeira rodada foi bem fria, afinal com todos os monstros possuindo o escudo divino, o primeiro dano seria negado. Mesmo assim o monstro tanque do meu adversário foi derrotado.

Podemos notar que o poder de fogo da minha equipe estava muito elevado, com um total de 14 pontos de ataque possíveis em um único turno e todos concentrados no primeiro monstro adversário, tudo estava se encaminhando para uma vitória, dependia apenas se meu tanque CHAIN SPINNER iria sobreviver aos ataques.

RODADA 2

Continuamos com as pancadas, por incrível que pareça, realmente a estratégia estava funcionando, segurando os danos mágicos e recuperando a armadura do meu tanque.

Nesta rodada, 1 unidade inimiga foi derrotada e o momento de confrontar KRON estava chegando.

RODADA 3

Então o momento chegou, depois de atropelar o time adversário todo, o grande confronto começou.

Com o combo acontecendo, KRON fica com um dano mágico de 5 pontos e recupera 6 pontos de vida por turno, sendo assim, a vitória já estava eminente, pois minha equipe conseguia aplicar bem mais que 6 pontos de dano, além da habilidade REPAIR que foi essencial e funcionou como planejado!

RODADA 4

Essa rodada foi tranquila, pois aconteceu exatamente o planejado, haveria apenas 1 dano mágico do lado do meu adversário, então recuperando a armadura do CHAIN SPINNER e aproveitando o regulamento embaixo do braço, o dano sempre iria ser defendido, sendo assim, ninguém seria abatido da minha equipe.

RODADA 5 - FINAL

Por fim, mesmo recuperando 6 pontos de vida, meu dano aplicado era muito maior, assim sendo, fechamos a partida com perfeição e o adversário completamente controlado!

Conclusão

Foi realmente incrível essa batalha, gostaria muito de conseguir prever os passos dos meus adversários com mais eficiência, mas ainda sinto uma dificuldade em tomar as decisões certas na fase de preparação.

Só que a medida que lutamos, também aprendemos muito, então acredito que gradualmente, um passo de cada vez vou melhorando e ficando mais certeiro nas escolhas para os duelos. De qualquer forma, fiquei muito feliz em conquistar essa batalha usando uma estratégia tão refinada assim e o melhor de tudo é que deu certo!
