Genesis League - Rewards

So we are still on the Genesis league. Today we will be talking about rewards on genesis league. We all know that genesis league is a play2earn game and as we know it play2earn games come with a reward. So let’s have a look at it.

Just like on spl, some rewards can be sold in game and on hive engine but some of the rewards cannot be sold but can only be used in the game. You can’t transfer these to anyone as well as it’s tied to your account only. A player might get a reward after he wins a match or do other things that merit a reward.

Primarily players can earn GLX token and XP. GLX is a token which is tradable but we can refer to XP as something like a point to raise your level in the game. Some other rewards one can earn is buffs, cosmetics and drinks.

When it comes to buffs they are NFT like. These can be added to player and coach cards. Some things that buffs do is that they provide passive or active modifiers. Buffs can also be attached to the player cards as well. There are also types of buffs and all this have their use cases.

Let’s look at the boosts. Boosts can be liked to pack opening boosters or can be used during gameplay. When you use them to open packs they help you increase your chance of getting certain cards. Some player boosters are also energy drink, health drink, morale drink and speed drink.

And cosmetics are also NFT like. Some are 3D elements or animations, commissioned art work etc.
