My Best Splinterlands Season - Events & Rewards!
This last Splinterlands season was perhaps one of the best I’ve ever had. It seems I’m not the only one who feels this way; the player base generally shares this sentiment. While checking out comments and posts from other players, a title by bhattg caught my eye: "My Best Splinterlands Season Yet." Personally, I’ve been more active and focused on improving my gameplay, and those efforts paid off at the end of the season—a time when players naturally reflect on how the season went.
Initially, I planned to talk only about the upgrades I managed to make to key "Rare" cards from the Conclave Arcana reward set—cards that have been crucial for current Survival matches. However, after seeing that other post, I decided to broaden the scope and discuss my participation in events, tournaments, and brawls, as well as my overall strategy.
Naturally, I won't go into exhaustive detail given the number of topics, but this should give you an idea of what’s possible within the Splinterlands ecosystem. Keep in mind that I don't even participate in everything; for instance, there are liquidity pools I don't fully grasp, though an SPS/DEC pool has just arrived in the game. Then there’s the Land aspect, which features completely different mechanics, including a recently released card set specifically for Land gameplay.
Just as in real life, when we stop focusing on one thing to try and pay attention to everything at once, we inevitably miss out on something. My strategy is to focus on improving my deck—with reward cards playing a key role—and increasing my SPS stake, whether through rentals or by capitalizing on favorable price points. I remain cautious, however, given the token's significant price drop in recent times. Regarding the token: since it’s a requirement for tournaments and for earning the Glint needed to acquire reward cards, it’s important to aim for a bonus multiplier in the 8x to 10x range.

My Best Splinterlands Season - Tournaments
This season of Splinterlands was one where I actively participated in the events the game offered, one of the most significant being the tournaments. I never paid much attention to tournaments, but when I saw that there was an opportunity to participate and even if it wasn't that great, still win something, I decided to try, and the result was better than expected.

Since I don't have much collection power and staked SPLs, there aren't that many tournaments I can participate in, but at least I can participate in some bronze ones and one silver one, if I'm not mistaken. I believe that in these last two seasons, that is, last month, I managed to get a little over 200 SPS by participating in the events.
With that, I already think that if I had been doing this for a while I would already have a good amount of extra SPS, but it's okay. Now it's about focusing on consistency and trying to participate in more tournaments as soon as possible, because the extra SPS you get from tournaments goes into your stake every month, and over time it will increase your bonus, accumulate towards the requirement for new tournaments, and earn more staking rewards like vouchers.
My Best Splinterlands Season - Survival
In addition to the tournaments, I also participated in Survival mode. With the incentive the Splinterlands team gave to those participating in Survival, I believe many players tried this game mode for the first time. The event would reward those who completed the season with at least 250 matches and a 50% win rate with 250k glint, but at the end of the season and so far I've managed, as shown in the image, a total of 10k glint on the leaderboard, which was already interesting, and gives an idea of what to expect when there are no events.
Another interesting detail is that, having played over 100 matches, I ended up on the survival leaderboard. I discovered that players on that leaderboard also receive an exclusive survival mode card: Darkguard Hellion, a melee DPS card with the fire and death elements, dealing 3 melee damage, 5 health, and 4 speed.
A curious fact is that I've already been using it in this season's survival mode, currently in second place, using the shark as a tank, which has flanking ability and provides reach to Darkguard Hellion. Since I don't have many modern cards, this fire element combo is interesting. I'll wait for the 250k glint reward to comment further on this matter. I hope it comes before the next season, because there's another test in this season's survival brackets with prizes.
Essa última season do Splinterlands foi talvez uma das melhores que eu já tive. Esse é um sentimento não só pessoal, mas parece que os jogadores no geral estão com essa sensação, porque enquanto estava conferindo alguns comentários e posts de outros jogadores vi um título que me chamou atenção do @bhattg que falava "My Best Splinterlands Season Yet". No meu caso eu tenho participado mais, focado em melhorar mais no jogo e isso acabou tendo resultados que refletiram nesse final de season, que é o momento que os jogadores tem para refletir como foi a season.
Inicialmente eu pensava em comentar apenas sobre os upgrades que eu conseguir realizar em algumas cartas chave da coleção Conclave Arcana Reward da raridade "Rara" que tem sido fundamentais para as partidas atuais no survival, mas depois desse post resolvi ampliar um pouco mais e comentar sobre a minha participação nos eventos, nos torneios, nos brawls, a minha estratégia.
É de se esperar que não devo entrar em muitos detalhes já que são muitos assuntos, mas acredito que já será o suficiente para você ter uma ideia do que é possível fazer no ecossistema de Splinterlands, lembrando que eu nem chego a participar de tudo, porque ainda tem pool de liquidez que eu não entendo muito, mas acabou de chegar no jogo uma pool de SPS e DEC. Além disso, tem as Lands que tem mecânicas completamente diferentes e recentemente uma nova coleção de cartas para lands foi lançada.
Assim como na vida quando deixamos de forcar em algo, para tentar dar atenção a tudo, acabamos sempre perdendo alguma coisa. No meu caso, a estratégia é tentar melhor o meu deck, sendo as Reward Card uma parte desse objetivo e aumentar o stake de SPS com o aluguel ou aproveitando boas oportunidades no preço, mas sempre com atenção, porque o token tem caído bastante de preço nos últimos tempos. Sobre o token, como ele é um requisito para os torneios e para ganhar mais glint para conseguir as reward cards, é importante buscar ficar com o bônus por volta de 8x à 10x.

My Best Splinterlands Season - Tournaments
Nessa season do Splinterlands foi uma que eu participei ativamente dos eventos que o jogo proporcional, sendo um dos mais significativos os torneios. Eu nunca dei muita atenção aos torneios, mas quando vi que havia a oportunidade de participar e mesmo que não fosse tão bom ainda assim ganhar alguma coisa, resolvi tentar, e o resultado foi melhor do que o esperado.
Como não tenho muito collection power e sps staked, não são tantos torneios que eu consigo participar, mas pelo menos dá para participar de alguns bronze e um do silver se não me engano. Acredito que nessas duas últimas duas season, ou seja, o mês passado, eu tenha conseguido um pouco mais de 200 SPS participando dos eventos.
Com isso eu já penso, que se eu tivesse fazendo isso há um tempo já teria uma boa quantidade de SPS extra, mas tudo bem. Agora é focar na constância e buscar participar de mais torneios assim que possível, porque os SPS a mais que vem do torneio vão indo para o stake todos os meses, e com o tempo vai aumentar o bônus, vai juntar para o requisito de novos torneios, e ganha mais recompensas de staking como vouchers.

Além dos torneios teve também a minha participação no modo Survival. Com o incentivo que o time do Splinterlands deu para quem participasse do Survival acredito que vários jogadores testaram pela primeira vez esse modo de jogo. O evento recompensaria que concluísse a season com pelo menos 250 partidas e 50% de winrate com 250k de glint, mas no final da season e até o momento eu consegui como aparece na imagem um total de 10k de glint do leaderboard, o que já foi interessante, e dá uma noção do que esperar para quando não tiver eventos.
Um outro detalhe interessante é que como foram mais de 100 partidas eu acabei entrando no leaderboard do survival e algo que descobri é que os jogadores que estão nesse ranking ganham também uma carta exclusiva do modo survival que é o Darkguard Hellion, uma carta de dps melee do elemento fire e death com 3 de dano melee, 5 de vida e 4 de velocidade.
Uma curiosidade é que eu já tenho usado ela no survival dessa season de agora na segunda posição, ao usar como tank o tubarão que tem flank e garante reach ao Darkguard Hellion. Como não tenho muitas cartas modern esse combo no elemento fire fica interessante. Vou esperar a recompensa dos 250k glint para fazer comentários a mais sobre esse assunto, espero que venha antes da próxima season, porque está tendo novamente um teste nos survival brackets dessa season com premiação.
