Over a year ago, Axie Infinity launched the Bounty Board system, with the later addition of the Premier Bounty Board, both with the goal of rewarding players who actively participate in the Axie gaming and NFT ecosystem.

Bounty Board Update: Increased Number of Quests and Rebalancing

The first change in the Bounty Board Update was that the number of quests available on the Premier Bounty Board was increased from 5 to 6, which will mean that during the 7 days that the Premier Ticket lasts, there will be 7 extra quests. Also, they changed the re-roll chances, increasing the probability of getting a higher rarity quest when using the reroll. Finally, in addition to having one more mission on the Premier Bount Board, Milestones have been added so that Axie players can earn extra points by completing 4, 5 or 6 missions. The more missions completed, the more points will be added to your score, meaning that players who complete the most missions will have a higher AXS reward at the end of the week.

Bounty Board Protection Mechanisms

The first change related to Bounty Board protection was the removal of the juggling rule that prevented players from helping others complete specific quests that required a specific type of Axie to complete. Now, it has been observed that the risk of using this exploit has a cost that will become a deterrent. Therefore, it will be easier for players to complete quests now!

Another change that will make it harder for malicious users to use the Bounty Board system is the addition of more captchas, which will make it a bit more difficult for real users, but much more difficult for non-users. Bounty Board Update: Aumento no Número de Quests e Rebalanceamento

A primeira mudança do Bounty Board Update foi que o número de quests disponíveis no Premier Bounty Board foram aumentadas de 5 para 6, o que vai fazer com que durante os 7 dias de duração do Premier Ticket, tenham 7 quests extras. Além disso, os desenvolvedores responsáveis pelo Bounty Board, resolveram realizar um grande rebalanceamento retirando algumas quests, adicionando novas quests e aumentando a quantidade pontos de diversas quests.

Ainda, mudaram as chances do re-roll aumentando a probabilidade de conseguir uma quest de maior raridade ao usar o reroll. Por fim, além de ter mais uma missão no Premier Bount Board foram adicionados Milestones para que os jogadores de Axie possam ganhar pontos extras ao completar 4, 5 ou 6 missões, quanto mais missões foram concluídas mais pontos serão adicionados à sua pontuação, fazendo com os jogadores que concluírem o maior número de missões tenham uma recompensa de AXS maior no final da semana.

Mecanismos de Proteção do Bounty Board

A primeira mudança relacionada à proteção do Bounty Board foi a retirada da regra da malabarismo que impedia que jogadores ajudassem outros a completar quests específicas, que precisavam de um tipo específico de axie para concluir. Agora, foi observado que o risco de uso dessa brecha tem um custo que vai se tornar um impeditivo. Assim, ficará mais fácil completar as quests para os jogadores agora!

Outra mudança que vem para dificultar o uso do sistema de Bounty Board por usuários mal intencionados é a adição de mais captchas, atrapalhando um pouco o usuário real, mas dificultando muito mais quem não é. Ainda veremos quais serão os impactos dessa medida no futuro, mas é importante que a equipe cuide do Bounty Board, porque ele é um dos principais mecanismos de recompensa para os usuários ativos do Axie Infinity.
