As you are reading my post, you must be an existing user of the Hive chain, then most probably you have already heard of the Moonkarts game, which is a rising game on this chain and has been creating some hype in recent times. Now, a big part of the crypto people love to interact with play2earn projects, either by actively playing or by investing in their assets and tokens. For me, I try to do both and while I always keep an eye for new or unique play2earn projects, I also invest a decent amount according to my capacity whenever I find a good project with solid potential.
One such project that I recently found and invested a decent amount into is none other than the Moonkarts, and if you keep a watch on my daily blogs, you must have seen me publishing quite a few posts about them, including the basics. Gameplay and reward system of the game, different types of karts, car parts, power-up cards and drivers, Auto Vault and fuel system, etc. I have been playing this game for almost 3 months now and I have been actively playing in the ranked multiplayer every season. I started playing in the multiplayer arena from ranked season 18 onwards and first spent some time learning about the game and practicing in the Single Player arena, but after gaining experience and courage, I started competing in Multiplayer Ranked races against other players and winning colony tokens, which is the in-game reward crypto token of this game. In this post, I will be talking about my latest addition to the Moonkarts collection. A Legendary Kart card named Arachno Eclipse, its advantages and reasons behind buying this card and what is my feedback for this kart after using it for around 1 week. So, if you are interested, let’s take a dive without any further ado.
First of all, in order to become competitive on the multiplayer racing ground and win Colony rewards, you must focus on two things: your Racing kart setup and your control level in the game. The better kart setup you use in races, the more stats you will get from those cards, gaining you a marginal advantage in the race field, however, the rarer and higher level cards you use, the more fuel you need to spend to play multiplayer mode. But by levelling up, your rewards also get bigger as you progress in the game, so basically, it's a win-win situation for players. Now, for me, I wanted to actually win races, but that’s certainly not possible when you get matched up against players with max-level racing setups. But anyway, to be faster on those asphalt tracks and easily beat down low-level racing karts. I recently decided to upgrade my Kart and after searching for a while for some good deals. I finally found one and bought a Legendary Kart Arachno Eclipse, which I am currently using to play in multiplayer mode every day.
Now talking about this particular kart, it is a legendary rarity kart card and I have only managed to get myself a 1 BCX level 1 card of this kart. I bought this card recently via a P2P sale with a fellow Moonkarts player, where I got this card for 100$, while the lowest one listed for sale in the market is 150$, so I would consider it a good deal. Now. The main feature of a legendary card is its fuel generation power, because though lower rarity cards only earn dust, legendary cards produce decent fuel even at level 1. My Arachno Eclipse is only a 1 BCX - level 1 card, but it produces 50 fuel per day when being staked with Scripts tokens in the Auto Vault option. On the other hand, it also costs 50 fuel to be used in a multiplayer race, but due to its awesome performance even at level 1, you won't regret the fuel Cost at all.
Now, looking at my current racing setup, I am also attaching a few numbers of car parts and accessories with this card to increase its performance even more. As you can see from the screenshot above, with the legendary Arachno Eclipse kart card, I am using a common Antenna card, Corner Demon, A gold foil common Exhaust card Lite Burn, a rare Tire Rim Card, a common Tyre card and finally an Epic engine card. As usual, I am not using any power-up cards, because they eat up a lot of fuel. Now, after adding the Eclipse Kart to my racing setup, if we look at the overall performance of my setup:
Now, whenever I use this Eclipse kart card in my racing setup, my setup usually costs around 78 Fuel per race, but not to mention, I also earn well in multiplayer now than before and also my orbital points are increased now, so definitely purchasing the kart was a good decision, I guess.
Looking forward, let us now take a peek at this kart’s stats to find out what's so special about this car. Well, first of all, the 1 BCX Arachno Eclipse costs only 50 fuel to be used in multiplayer races, so it is fuel-friendly compared to other rarity karts. Now for stats, here is what it offers at 1 BCX.
Now, looking at its level-wise stats chart, Arachno, being a legendary kart, needs a total of 4 BCX cards to be upgraded to level 2, and to upgrade this card to max level 4, you would need a total of 12 BCXs of this card. Now, this kart is to date, the fastest kart on Moonkarts and you can clearly tell that seeing its speed stats, where it provides a whooping 129 speed just at level 1 and 141 at level 2, and it reaches an untouchable 162 speed at max level. Apart from speed, it also holds a pretty good acceleration, where it provides 76.5 Acceleration at level 1 and a whooping 112.5 acceleration at max level. Another great advantage of using an Arachno kart is that it comes with a big 10 trunk slot from level 1, so you can fill your trunk with more orbitals and colony tokens while racing on those neon tracks. It also comes with 4 power-up slots at level 1, so you can carry up to 4 power-up cards while racing, but keep in mind they will cost you a lot of fuel as well.
Now, comparing it with my previous Quasar Sport kart, the Quasar gives only 114.1 speed and 59 acceleration at level 1, with lower handling and health as well. To match the stats of a 1 BCX of Arachno Eclipse, you would need a level 3 Quasar Sport kart to beat down a level 1 Arachno. Another thing is the Fuel Cost, where each 1 BCX of Quasar Sport costs 16 fuel and each 1 BCX of Arachno Eclipse costs 50 fuel. Now, a level 2 Quasar consists of 10 BCX cards, so it will cost you 160 fuel per race and still can’t beat the Arachno. That’s the specialty of legendary cards, especially the Arachno, as they cost less fuel but work better than lower rarity cards.

To be honest, this is the first time I'm hearing about this game. But, seeing your pist and since it is a rising game in the chain, I now want to give it a try. Don't want to miss out the chance to be part of this growing community of gamers.
