Moonkarts COLONY: Assessing Market Price and Considering Liquidity Provision

Hello and Hive Moonkart Fam!

I hope that life is treating you well wherever you are in this part of the world.

It's been a while since I started buying the colony tokens in a game called moonkarts. Earlier, I was not playing the game, and I was only focused on the assets accumulation, and this was done for the tokens along with some NFT cards. I still have those assets, and I think in future I will need to add more, which I have in my To Do list, but for now, I have not decided whether I should continue more on the NFT side or on the token side. I'm not good at some sort of investment in crypto because when there is a lot of variety, it is difficult for me to choose one, since practically it is not possible for me to invest in everything at a time.

Today I was checking out the price for colony tokens in the market and I seized that there is less demand which is causing the price drop for the token in the hive engine marketplace. it is obvious because the prices are determined by the supply and demand so when there are more sellers and less buyers the price is going to come down And similarly when there are more buyers and less sellers it is going to go up.

I was also checking for the pool in TribalDex today. this is a new thing for me which I have never done so I need to learn how I can do this and what are some dos and don'ts that I also need to follow. I could see that below are some of the pools available for colony token paired with some other coins which also has got hive.

I have 235k COLONY tokens but all are staked in account. if I need to be part of the pool I need to have liquid token and there are two ways I can follow. first I buy more colony from the market which I can utilise in the pool Or the second option for me is to unlock some of the tokens from the balance and use those tokens in the pool. So these are the two options I have, and I'll see which one is good for me, so I will need some time to think and then see how I am going to proceed.

I will try to see if I can get some tokens from the market because the price is low, but if in case I do not go ahead with this plan, then surely the next one is going to be unstacking some tokens from the balance, which is at least a priority for me.

let us also cheque the price for the colony token in market and in last three months you can see that there was a jump in price once in the month of May but after that this is looking stable. a little bit fluctuation in the price is common which is a very normal phenomena in crypto market but other than that you cannot see anything where the price has either gone down with big percentage or even gone up with higher percentage.

I hope that my experience with this liquidity providing would be good, but I've never tried it so I need to learn it well before I take part and I'm not in a hurry to do that, but will surely do after taking my time, which is needed for me to have a thorough understanding. Once again it is going to a new learning for me in the game but I see that a lot of people are already doing it and hopefully I will also get a good reward by providing the liquidity in the pool and the other coin I have also not decided it but we'll be doing it soon.
