DEEL or NO DEEL: A game of RISK and BRAIN

I have always seen people play Deel or No Deel games on TV, but then I have never experienced it before. I didn’t know how much nerve it takes to play this game until I came across it on #dreemport. The first time I was a contestant, my heart kept pounding. I was super nervous. Deel or No Deel is all about risk-taking but also needs a brain to know when you need to take the Captain’s offer and step down.

This game is hosted in the Dreemport Discord channel by @dreemsteem When you qualify for the game and it’s your turn to play, you pick a box to lock from box 1 to box 26. The rule of this game is simple. Try to avoid picking a box that contains a large number of dreem tokens that way the Captain's offer will be extremely large. But now, this is super difficult as you do not know what each box contains and which box has a small dreem token and a large dreem token. Game of Risk and Brain.

The last Deel or No Deel was held on Wednesday 28th February and I have never had my adrenaline so high before😁 I wasn’t the one playing but then I was super scared for the contestants.
#remembermerit that’s right, this game brought about this hashtag, Merit is one contestant that rejected all the offers from the Captain. She was ready to take the risk but then she ended up with 0.03 dreem token. That is what deel or No deel entails, you could be ready to fight to the last but then you could get busted.
Most times when we remember Merit, we have no choice but to take the captain's offer.

This wasn’t the case with the last contestant. Oh, #secretwhiz was super great. It started with @amberkashif with nickname secretweapon, She was ready to take the risk, it happens that she picked several boxes with a high amount of dreem tokens but she wasn’t ready to give up. She fought to the end and finally, she was left with the box she locked and another box.
At this point my chest was beating fast.

I was praying she didn’t encounter the same thing as Merit, well she didn’t and she walked away with 12,000 dreem token. That was superb.

The next contestant happens to be whiz @brijwhiz and oh my, I watched him reject giant offers from the Captain. If the Captain could talk he would say “Just take the offers, I made them big for you.” He was ready to go till the end ready to take the risk. At some point we the online cheerleaders kept shouting Deeeelll.

Well, he kept declining the captain's offer until the very last, he was left with two boxes, the one he locked and another one. Then he was asked by the captain if he would love to swap his locked box or keep his box. Well Whiz decided to swap and he walked away with 15,000 Dreem, I was screaming for real because that was great. There was a coincidence that happened between Whiz and Secret, they happened to lock the same box with the number 11 and they both decided to swap it with the last box.

Have you heard of #Silentemrys, that was the last contestant. Unlike other contestants who dropped messages while they played, @emrysjobber was silent. Taking the game bit by bit. I could tell he was tensed but then he was ready to take a risk as well.
I think he was super motivated with the cheering group he had with him. Ohhh we were all rooting for Emrys. #Silentemrys went around the boxes in a spiral form.

Oh, Emrys decided to lock box number 14 this time, unlike #secretwhiz. Again, we had him rejecting the captain's offer hoping to get a larger offer. It is a game of gamble I must say, you reject an offer with the hope of having a larger offer. After going in a spiral form, he was left with box 13 and his locked box 14.

Again he was to decide if he would swap or keep. We tried to decide which box had the bigger dreem token because he was left between 30 dreem and 15,000 dreem. Finally, he swapped and walked away with………… 15,000 dreem tokens. I had to view that with one eye closed😂😂

It was indeed a great day and I enjoyed every bit of this game. I am sure everyone would love to experience this kind of game and the risk involved.
