VIBES WEB 3 MUSIC COMPETITION WEEK 30// REVIEW OF SONG COVER BY @HOPESTYLIST

Special greetings and appreciation to the management crew under the able watch of @lordbutterfly and other members for their consistency in ensuring that this engagement is maintained and amateur like us are spurred to unleash our musical potential. Its been an awesome moment exploring and interacting with many people on this sphere.

For this entry i decided to pick @hopestylist. Personally i have been following her on hive for almost one year even though I'm a secret disciple. I got to know her better in one of her post which talks about how integrate all her skills into something meaningful that even put food on her table. Truly i like her writing style just that sometimes i don't like reading plenty paragraphs but unfortunately that's what she would drop almost a book for you to read. The more you think you her, the more you begin to other potentials in her such as music.
She did this entry along her siblings which is outstanding for me.

I would like to analyse the work based on the following;

• Choice of song: She did well in choosing this medley. It really synchronised with the kind of siblings she has. The song is a prayer that every growing believer yearns for and desire an uplift in the spiritual journey. The choice was wise and timely.
• A capella and harmony : i never knew i would step on this genre for this edition. Wow it was superb and the three of them sang very well. One of the challenge of acapella is to sing and harmonise the song especially in group. The parts came out clearly and rhymes with the song. They got me literally here. I was sold out to song even when i played it i had to repeat over time.
• Passion and being real: One of the attributes of a good rendition of a song that i looked at is passion. When you see someone sing or do an act with passion the resultant effects is always great. Nothing was faked here. Once again kuddos.
