I was browsing and searching through the game of Splinterlands and as I was browsing into the game because I was curious to know all of the features, I saw one item that was on the Guild Shop.

Well, It was the Gladius Case where the description tells me that it's a pack that holds a gladiator pack. Well, the price is high enough because it needs 2,000 Merit points to get this one pack of Gladius case.

I have a couple of Merit points that I gather through the chests that I opened in the past games that I open and I also bought some Merit points in the Glint shop since there were merit points that I can buy in the Glint shop using Glint.
I have a couple of glints already and buy one set of Merit is very cheap since the starting price for the Merit is 100 Glint per 200 Merit, well, there's something like a tier for buying the Merit.
It was like the maximum limit to buy merit is 10pcs of 200 merit. After all of them were being sold, the price for the Merit will also increase and depending on how you needed merits, the price will almost double.
Like for example, at the first level price is 100 Glint per 200 Merits, and if you bought all of them (which is at maximum 2,000 Merits) it will then trigger and have another set of Merit but at the price of 200 Glint per 200 merits and so on and so forth.
Anyway, let's proceed in buying the Gladius case in the Guild shop since the only way that you can buy gladius case that I knew is from the Guild shop.
So, the gladius case price is 2,000 merit per case or pack and each pack contains 5 random cards and depending on how lucky you are, you can get rare card, epic, or even legendary card.
I only bought one gladius case for a price of 2000 Merit points and I want to open this Gladius case because I want to know on what kind of cards will be in this Gladius case.
Let's not wait for longer and let's open it now.... well, not bad enough because this pack has one rare card but the other four were 4 common cards. Well, you can see the blockchain transaction here.
I was surprise to see that all of the cards that I pulled in this gladius case has bloodlust traits where it will get +1 stat if they get a killing blow. Well, this is good since I am going to use this in survival or even in wild.
So, what's your experience in gladius case pack? Is it worth it? For me, it's worth it because it's still a card and a card can be as useful as you might think it is.
