I was playing Splinterlands every now and then, since the day that I playing Splinterlands, I have been learning the hard way on what's the mechanics of the game, what are the rules and sometimes the tips and tricks.

As I was yesterday, I was already in a losing streak. Whaaat? A losing streak? Yes, I was already in the 3,000 points ranked in the frontier ranked game and when losing streak strikes yesterday, I went from 3,000 down to more than 2,700 ranking points.
I was devastated by the ranking points yesterday because I haven't experience this kind of decrease in ranking points since I always play and most of the time, it will not go down like this down to less then 3,000 points.
Well, while playing and competing with the opponents, I didn't play with bots but with real people and they actually have good cards in hand that they play.
I saw that their cards were great that they play and use, while I play the most common cards that I always used to play. I also saw on how they put cards to get higher chances of winning.
One game that made me realize since I lost that match was that the speed of the card also matters and it's not only the health or even the attack but also the speed of it.
If that card has more speed then the competing opponent card, it will always hit first compared to lower speed and it will lose the chance on attacking first.
Also, getting to know more of the rules gives you a rough idea on what cards to play with and not just click and click with nothing to plan at all and that will make it worst cards of the game since even if you have good cards but the placements of the cards were not good, then you will certainly lose each game.
More experience gives me more ideas on playing more carefully and thoroughly since there were ruleset on each game that follows, like losing snipe, giving thorns, and most especially on the archons to be played with.
If I don't read the rules of each game, most likely, my units will lose even if they were max level. I saw different players that played the same tactics as myself but they were more seasoned compared to myself that I only played in the past couple of weeks.
Well, I also need to buy some cards that has of a max level so that I can compete with these players that has also max level, too. If I most of the cards that I played were not at max level, then they were almost guaranteed to lose each match.
I will climbed again to reached the 3,000 point in the Frontier ranked game and I will thoroughly learn to my mistake and get more ideas on playing the game, too.
While in the ranked game, even if I played with bots, I sometimes lost because they cards or their units were far more awesome than the units that I currently have and most of the units that I have were level 1 units and not leveled up to other levels.
I am thinking on buying some cards in the next couple of days and I am going to buy good or awesome cards in the market so that I can really compete with other players.
