From Zero to 2,127 km: My First Year of Chasing Strava Glory

It’s been almost approximately exactly one year and a few days since I joined Strava on 09/11/2023. In that time, I’ve logged 429 activities, covered 2,127 km, and stayed active for 428 hours. That’s almost an hour for every activity — not too shabby, right? And it has brought me a lot of good things, like much increased health and stamina, the ability to finish the 100km death trail (Dodentocht), and many many photos!

Consistency is key, folks. Whether it’s running, cycling, or just getting off the couch, it all adds up. Here’s to pushing even further next year — and maybe, just maybe, taking a rest day or two.
