Good morning, warriors! Last season, moving from Modern Ranked Gold 3 to Gold 2 was so challenging. But I’m really happy I made it this fast in the current season after just five days of Thanks to quality card and strategy anyway.

Splinterlands is no walk in the park, but that's what amps up the excitement.A winning strategy weighs stats, abilities, rulesets, mana caps, and beyond. That's why you must factor them all into your deck building. Toss in strong cards to boost your setups, and push hard to rack up as many victories as possible! 🔥

At this special moment, I want to dedicate these loots and express my deepest gratitude to some incredible people in this wonderful and supportive Splinterlands community.

The Battle That Unlocked Modern Ranked Gold 2
It was smooth and swift. I knew exactly what I wanted and the lineup I needed to use. The moment I saw the rulesets — Camouflage and No unit with melee power — along with the available splinters, I was ready.
Cryptic was my Archon. He has the ability to grant two monsters Poison + Expose. So,I selected Mystic Scaleweaver. Since my favorite, Captain Fellblade, was unavailable due to the no-melee modifier, coupled withWarborn Shaman** as my magic water dealers to deliver the Poison and Expose during the battle.
Without further ado, let’s head to the battlefield!

It was a 53-mana battle, and my opponent also put up a solid lineup.His Archon was Marlai Singariel with +1 magic,and he ran a Shock Trooper and Torrent Sniper combination to take advantage of the Electrified ability.However, I’m still wondering why he placed is Saltwater Mage in the tank position.
