Hey Splinterlands fans it's @zoe01 speaking again. I like to try out various decks and this time I went with a combination of five monsters and one summoner Aurelia. The battle cost me 53 mana and it took exactly 8 rounds to get the win. This time my opponent was looking tough because he uses monsters which I have not seen before but prolly I will learn about them any time soon.

Battle Rules

The battle mana is 53 and there were no special rules. The modifiers were also normal. All elements were open including fire, water, earth, life, death, and dragon. With 53 mana I could afford to pick five monsters and one summoner for the battle. I picked up the Earth team and went with that. So let's look at my team composition.

My Team Selection

I picked up Aurelia as the summoner and selected five monsters for the battle.

My Team

Summoner: Aurelia

1st Position: Dread Tafarian (Melee attack)

2nd Position: Mad Gearhead (Melee attack)

3rd Position: Time Bandit (Magic attack)

4th Position: Kicking Roc (Ranged attack)

5th Position: Giam Root (Ranged attack)

I put Dread Tafarian at the first position and then followed him up with Mad Gearhead. Then Time Bandit was placed at the third position while Kicking Roc and Giam Root came at the last two spots. So I picked these five monsters for the battle and now let's go into the main course of the battle!

The Battle

My opponent for this battle was FYRARA. He picked five monsters and I had five in my team. The battle commenced and both teams were attacking each other's monsters.

I forgpt to add another monster even though it was possible. Well, I had to sit back and watch till the time my monsters got into the fray. Hopefully, the battle would be over soon and I would get another win.

In the 7th round, my opponents many monsters were knocked off the battle board and only a few were left. Obviously, the battle was going for a long time and I was really eager to see the results.

My team was still fighting and I kept watching the battle unfold till the end. I'm just happy that my team was strong enough to last long.

And there we have it, victory! 😁 My team got the better of the opponent in 8 rounds and I gained a reward of 81 Glint for the win. FYRARA had a lot to say but it was only for +40 points as I defeated him, hehe. My Earth team really gave their best and an unexpected performance.
