Vaynard86 Splinterlands Updates: Short Update Post Season End Earlier This Week

Hi all, good day to all of you. Hope you are doing well this lovely day. Today I just wanna share a quick update on my last season in Splinterlands and also updates on my quest to max all my foundation cards.

Season End

Here is my score for season end last season.

Looking at the stats, my win % is not exactly fantastic, only winning 56% of my matches.

On this, I do see many situations where I am faced with overwhelming opponents that are way more levelled up than me in terms of cards. And this is where starting disadvantage kick in and will require me to be certain on my collection to be more resistant against such levelled up lineup.

Another thing is that my battle count is low which is really go down to my work recently that is draining me quite a bit. Will be slowly chalk up more games and play more battles to earn more glint and also foundation cards.

With the earned Glint, I decided to open 10 rare card pulls and here is how it looked:

Quite a decent one with a gold foil though unable to upgrade any of my current reward cards but still quite a decent pull.

Foundation Collection Update

In today's update, I have yet another epic card off the list, Lunaki Howler. 1 down, 7 to go. Hopefully these card will not be so elusive and start showing up in the packs. I really do hope to stabilize my foundation collection quickly so as to be able to focus on the modern ranked battles. More often, I was chasing foundation matches but neglected the main modern ranked battles which can bring me more SPS to upgrade my collection.

Wrap Up
Just a short one for today where I look back at my report card of a season. Not fantastic but not too bad either. I definitely have to improve and become better and advance up the rankings/strengthen my collection.

As for the foundation series, some are really too elusive, consistent grinding of packs is still needed and I need to also improve the gameplay here so as not to spend too much time and neglect the normal ranked battles.
