Social Media Challenge: Received My First Splinterlands Frontier Jackpot Card

Hi all, good day to all of you. It's time again for Social Media Challenge. In the past few post, I did mention about the release of Foundation Jackpot. And after so many days of trying, I finally got for myself a copy of a Frontier Jackpot Card. So let's talk about it and how many chest did I open before I first get a copy of it.

Which Card Did I Get?

While I was secretly hoping that it will be a legendary card, but it came out as the common card Aimee Whisperwind. To be honest, I was not at all disappointed with the card but thankful that it came.

Personally, when I looked at the ability I was rather pleased because finally water has an opportunity card (that is non netural) for foundation set. But when I saw how many cards is needed to max out this card, it it needs a whopping 60 copies of the card before we can unlock the extra ability, in this case Fury, which is only available at max level.

Drop Rate

Honestly I was getting a little worried for the first few days when the cards are launched because there was totally no sign of it till 2 days ago, I saw this:

I was thrilled when this appeared because this 3 rewards that I claimed, is the 24th reward that I claimed since the launch of the Frontier Jackpot cards.

And if I were to put a rate, it will be 4.2% for me, while the official rate is actually 1.5%. Not too bad for the first one and when it was revealed, this was it:

Now that I've gotten my first jackpot card, I am hoping to be able to get more of them to expand my foundation card collection.

Be Active And Try to Get More Frontier Jackpot Card

I guess with this first card, we can see that in order to get Frontier Jackpot cards, we really need to push for as many rewards per day as we can. But I do understand that there are bad days where we just needed much more wins to secure the rewards or end up not having enough energy to push for the reward.

Reality will be to continue improving your understanding of the foundation cards, know how to play them correctly in the various rulesets and try your best to max out the base foundation cards as much as you can.

I am still struggling because alot of the higher rarity cards in my foundation collection are not maxed.

Cards such as Wild Horse Tamer, Gimmermancer, Mystic Scaleweaver etc are still very elusive and I am really finding it hard to max them. I will try my best to be consistent and build up my foundation collection. That will be the first step towards getting more Frontier Jackpot Cards. Strengthen the foundation collection, then compete at the highest level for frontier league and get those wins quickly to claim 3 rewards daily. This will significantly improve your chances of getting Jackpot Cards.

Stronger Cards -> Easier Win -> Max Reward Claim daily -> More chance to get Frontier Jackpot Cards.

Wrap Up
I am thrilled to get my first copy of Frontier Jackpot card. Though to some it might just be something normal, but to me, I am really glad to finally get it after so many days of trying to get more rewards and hoping that I can open a jackpot card.

It is not going to be an easy thing but I will continue to be consistent in both Frontier League and Modern League to expand my collection, earn glint and SPS to further expand the amount of assets I have on Splinterlands.
