Prelude
Good day to all, how are you doing this lovely TGIF and it is time for another battle sharing where I go up against tough cards, tough matches or share how certain abilities give strong advantage to win. Today once again, I faced Barashkukor which is a very tough card to face. With its 5 magic attack, it can easily take out any card on the field.
Barashkukor
This card is a pain to face and if I am not careful, accidentally adding in a card with taunt, it could spell bigger trouble. Nevertheless, everytime when I see Barashkukor in my opponent lineup, it is a sign of losing the match. So whenever I successfully win it, it will always be a memorable win, hence I am here sharing with the community on this match.

Selection Analysis
In today's matchup, there were 4 splinter choices available to us for this match: water, death, life and dragon. Water is my choice as I want to use magic lineup.
To lead the lineup it will be Mariel Singariel, Water Foundation archon, giving every single magic attacker in my lineup additional one magic attack. To lead the lineup, it is Commander Slade, a strong tank with dodge and heavy health/armour. In 2nd position, it is Arcane Skinwalker that is a magic attacker with 2 magic attack. Follow it is Rune Arcanist which reduces the health of all enemy card by 1. Captain Fellblade takes up the next position hiding in the midst and sneaking opponent cards. The next is Shock Trooper with the potent magic attack at the price of 1 damage throughout the lineup every turn. Last but not least, it is Mindless Thrall which has phase to fend off magic attacks.
Opponent apparently on the other hand came with Dolfar Darflak dual colour archon which enables the use of death and fire. But since there is no fire, this is just a death archon with no abilities. Leading the charge is Filthy Scavenger which has 3 melee attack. It is followed by Umbral Elemental which has taunt and swiftness. The next card is Shadowfey Sheik which has flying and life leech, a very strong card. Next up is Silverleaf Warlock, a card that I often use in elf lineup with again swiftness. Next is the headache of them all, Barashkukor with that 5 magic attack and at the last position, another taunt card with Helheim Demon.
Both lineup are heavy with magic and opponent even had double taunt to divert away attacks. Not gonna be easy even when I am on heavy magic.
Let's see how things go about in the match.
Round by Round Synopsis
Round 1 - The round has way more action than I expected it to be. Slade slashed Filthy Scavenger and further exchanges saw Umbral Elemental fell as well. Commander Slade is strong but too much magic attack from Barashkukor will also take it down and it fell as well.

Round 2 - With more pressure, the next taunt card also fell and my lineup continue to clear off the cards till opponent is down to 2 cards with my own cards also dangerously low in health.

Round 3 - As the round starts, Mindless Thrall cleared out Silverleaf Warlock with Shock Trooper landing the fatal blow on Barashkukor. And we manage to grab ourselves a win!
Battle Summary
With a double taunt setup, it is very scary because it will really divert away attacks allowing the big hitter from my opponent lineup to focus and clear off the cards on my end with the high damage. However, due to the nature of my magic boosted lineup, I had more zaps onto my opponent to ensure I clear theirs before they clear mine. A nice win obtained!

Balanced game, if your opponent had level 2 cards it would have been even closer
Congratulations on the win. Nicer when you are expecting losses.
