Today, I found two Gladiator cards in my deck that were fully ready to be leveled up. Frankly, I rarely use either of these cards; however, since they are both low-mana cost cards, they can play a crucial role in low-mana battles. Therefore, it is essential to level them up and keep them ready for action. By navigating from the game's home page to the 'Items' menu and then clicking the 'Cards' button, you can view all the cards currently in your deck in one centralized location. Furthermore, by hovering your cursor over the numbers displayed beneath each card there, you can easily identify which cards are primed and ready for a level-up. However, while leveling up cards is one thing, utilizing them to their full potential requires you to possess an Archon of a corresponding level—as this is necessary to summon those specific cards. So, before diving into any battle, make sure you also have higher-level Archons at your disposal.

Well, the first of these two cards is a ranged attacker that boasts an impressive Ranged Attack Power of 2 right from Level 1—and all for a mere Mana cost of 3. However, with such a low Mana cost, one typically has to compromise on other stats—such as Health, Armor, and Speed. While this card possesses absolutely no Armor, it features a Speed stat of 3—comparable to that of Legendary cards—right from the very first round. I have upgraded it to Level 2, which has resulted in a +1 increase to its Health. Although it may still appear to be a rather fragile card, consider this: if the battle ruleset specifically mandates the use of low-Mana cards, or if the Mana cap for a particular battle is set below 20, you can strategically deploy cards like this one to inflict significant damage upon your opponent. Therefore, specifically from the perspective of low-Mana battles, this can prove to be an excellent card.🔥

Then there is this melee card, which can prove to be an even better choice in battles where both sides are compelled to field teams consisting of low-mana cards—since this card costs you only 2 mana. I don't recall its Level 1 stats, but upon upgrading from Level 2 to Level 3, this card gains a +1 boost in melee attack power. This is a significant advantage for a 2-mana card, as there are only a handful of cards across the entire Splinterlands that offer 2 melee attack power for a mere 2-mana cost—especially when coupled with the "Opportunity" ability, which grants you the freedom to place the card anywhere in your lineup. However, its health is quite low—a major drawback that leaves it vulnerable to direct attacks from opposing cards possessing the same "Opportunity" ability. Thankfully, though, its speed is extraordinary; in most battles, this ensures you get the opportunity to strike first. Furthermore, both of these cards possess the default "Bloodlust" ability inherent to their set, which boosts all of their stats by +1 after every killing blow, allowing them to grow progressively stronger throughout the battle.
