These are among the first cards in my deck for Level 4, and I don't call them "awesome" without reason; both possess unique and special qualities. The first is Bertrol Gobson from the Goblin Bloodline. Costing only 2 mana, this card can prove to be a hero for your team in low-mana battles. Aside from a few very rare cards, you would be hard-pressed to find another 2-mana card offering 2 melee attack power, above-average speed, and the Opportunity ability alongside Bloodlust. With Bloodlust, the attack power keeps increasing throughout the battle if you consistently knock out opponent cards—a task where the Opportunity ability helps by targeting the weakest enemy units. I have tested this card's performance multiple times, and it has performed well almost every time, even in battles I lost; plus, upon reaching Level 4, it gains a +1 health boost, making it even stronger.

The second Goblin card, Katrelba Gobson, also belongs to the Earth element. In terms of stats, it might seem similar to the previous card at first glance, but its mana cost is three times higher—and it is far more dangerous. I’ve frequently encountered this card in opponents' lineups during this and the previous season; they would place it somewhere in the middle of the formation to protect it. If this card survived for even two rounds, winning the battle became nearly impossible for me. Let me explain why. While it shares basic stats like 2 melee attack power, 4 health points, and 3 speed points—along with the set's common "Bloodlust" ability—it swaps the "Opportunity" ability for "Sneak." This allows it to target the card placed at the very back of the enemy lineup rather than the weakest one. However, what truly elevates this card to another level is the "Double Strike" ability. At Level 3, the base 2 melee attack power (which effectively became 4 with Double Strike) increases to 3; with Double Strike, this surges to a devastating 6 melee attack power. Since the attack lands twice, it becomes even more lethal, significantly increasing the chances of knocking out the enemy. Furthermore, every time an enemy is knocked out, the "Bloodlust" ability activates, granting a +1 boost to all its stats. This means that with every knockout, the card becomes increasingly dangerous and harder to defeat. Now you can see why these cards are so special.
