This is my first achievement in Splinterlands following the introduction of the new league system this season. Previously, unlocking new tiers in the leagues earned you "welcome rewards," but now, unlocking new divisions follows the same reward process. Based on the cards in my deck, I chose the Silver bracket for this season and am now making my way from Division 9 up to Division 1. I have unlocked Division 8 so far—marking my first milestone—and I am currently very close to unlocking Division 7. Initially, I hadn't planned to make a post for every division unlocked, but the welcome reward I received upon crossing this first milestone was so good that I felt you simply had to know about it.

In Division 9, I earned around 100 Glints on average per victory—which was quite low—but upon unlocking Division 8, I received 1,000 Glints as a welcome reward. I’m not sure yet if these lump-sum Glint rewards increase as one advances through divisions, but I can confirm that the Glints earned per battle have increased significantly in Division 8. Additionally, this welcome loot included three Minor Chests and one Major Chest. It didn't use to be like this before; as I recall, when moving up from the starting tier (Bronze), you would initially receive only Minor Chests, with Major and Ultimate Chests being added to the mix only as you progressed to higher leagues. Yet here, immediately after clearing the first milestone, I received a Major Chest as a welcome reward.

Now, let's talk about the actual rewards. From three Minor Chests, I received the usual three Common cards; however, all three happen to be quite useful for me. I have the Fire element's 'Magmaforged' upgraded to Level 4, where it boasts 4 Health points, 5 Speed, and 1 Ranged Attack power, along with the 'Pinpoint' ability. Additionally, I have the Life element's melee card 'Palimpsest Prophet' upgraded to Level 4; its stats—ranging from Armor and Health to Speed—have all improved by +1. Finally, I have the Grey element's 'Ironwing Juggernaut' upgraded to Level 3; ever since it gained the 'Charge' ability, I’ve been using it far more frequently in battles because I can now strategically place it anywhere on the field. Apart from these, a Major Chest yielded two copies of an Epic card: the Death element's ranged attacker, 'Joraki Venshiro.' It comes with 6 Health points, 3 Speed, and the 'Painforge' ability, which proves incredibly helpful in strengthening the card during specific situations. This Epic reward came as a surprise, as I had never received anything like it before. Naturally, this has raised my expectations for the rewards in higher divisions. 🤞😁

Outstanding 👏! As you climb the divisions, the glints per battle in every of your win increases considerably as well.I am in bracket III as well.Wish you good luck in this new format
Yeah I noticed increased glint rewards in division 8. Thank you for appreciating it and good luck to you too.
Onwards and upwards! Gratzz!
How are you liking the new league system, I gotta say, I like it, remains to see how much SPS I will earn in the season, I've no clue how to judge that yet.-
I'm actually enjoying it. However I also am not aware of sps earnings but categorizing the game's difficulty levels into brackets will certainly make the gameplay more enjoyable.
