Splinterlands: Unlocked Modern Division 4 with Ultimate Loot!🔥

For the past three days, I’ve been stuck in Division 5. I didn’t play a huge number of battles, mainly because I didn’t have enough energy. I’ve been using my in-game energy quite extensively this season, and it hasn’t really managed to fully recharge; in fact, for most of the days, it stayed below 20–25. While it’s true that I couldn’t play many battles in Division 5, every battle I did play was an attempt to break through to the next division, which proved to be quite a challenge. Toward the end, the struggle became so intense that I’d win one battle only to lose the next, making the process of unlocking Division 4 incredibly frustrating. But I still kept at it; after my contest posts on Sunday and Monday, I really wanted to write about unlocking Division 4 for the first time and, thankfully, I managed to achieve that late last night. 😎✌️

Just like before, unlocking each division grants you a bunch of rewards, referred to as 'loot.' Since this was my first time unlocking Division 4, I wasn't sure what kind of rewards would be included in its 'welcome loot.' Once unlocked, I discovered that this loot contains 5 Minor Chests and 3 Major Chests, along with 5,000 'Glints' as a division-unlock reward. And that’s on top of the Glints I already earned by winning games—getting an extra 5,000 Glints in the unlock loot is just—wow! By the way, I used both my legendary and alchemy potions to open all of these chests.

From the first 5 Minor Chests, I received 2 cards, along with 1 Legendary Potion Charge and 156 Merits. The cards include one Common and one Rare card. The Ranged Attack card, 'Magmaforged,' is upgraded to Level 4 in my deck; while its attack power remains 1, it now has 4 Health and 5 Speed. It also possesses a new ability called 'Pinpoint,' which grants 'True Strike' to allied cards that have the 'Sneak' ability. So, while this card might not be exceptionally powerful on its own, it can be used to great strategic advantage. Additionally, the Magic Attack card 'Withered Old Sage' is upgraded to Level 3 in my deck. Its attack power remains 2, but its stats now include 1 Armor, 3 Health, and 2 Speed. It also features the 'Void' ability, which reduces the attack power of incoming Magic attacks by 50%. While these cards may not seem very impressive at Level 1, they become significantly more powerful as they are upgraded to higher levels.

In addition to this, I received 480 Merits along with two common cards from three Major Chests. Both cards are excellent for 'Low Mana' battles, and the best part is that I already have both of them upgraded to Level 4. At Level 4, the 'Palimpsest Prophet' boasts 1 Melee attack power, 2 Armor, 3 Health, and 3 Speed, along with the 'Flying' and 'Charge' abilities. Meanwhile, 'Phlegmor' is also upgraded to Level 4 in my deck, featuring 1 Melee attack power, 1 Armor, 3 Health, and 2 Speed; it possesses the 'Sneak' and 'Strengthen' abilities. The 'Strengthen' ability is a game-changer for the entire team, as it grants +1 Health to every card on the team. Furthermore, I didn't just get single copies of these cards from the Major Chests—I received two of each, which will help me progress them toward Level 5. I’m planning a major purchase at the end of this season, as I’ve managed to accumulate a significant amount of Glint—so stay tuned!

Splinterlands isn't an easy place, but that's what makes it even more fun. A perfect strategy takes into account many factors, including stats, abilities, rulesets, mana caps, and more. That's why it's even more important to consider all these factors when developing a strategy.
