Over the past little while, I have used the term "for the first time" quite frequently—not because I intend to sensationalise my posts, but simply because, in reality, I find myself doing something new and unprecedented every so often. This has invariably been the result of a "me vs. me" dynamic, where, at regular intervals, I break one of my own previous records to achieve something new and superior.
During the last season's Glint earnings, I achieved a personal milestone by earning close to 70,000 Glint for the very first time. Consequently, before spending this bumper haul, I sought advice from my Guild Leader, @nozem01 He explained it to me in very simple terms: "You have already purchased Rare and Common draws countless times by now; this time, go for a Legendary Draw, as the cards within it will play a pivotal role in enhancing your in-game performance." Furthermore, it was he who advised me to purchase 20 Alchemy Potions before opening this Legendary Draw. Since I had never purchased a Legendary Draw in my entire gaming history, I was completely unfamiliar with the process. Nozem01 informed me that Legendary Draws require 20 Alchemy Potions to open. He noted that while spending 20 Alchemy Potions on a single draw might seem like a steep investment at first glance, one should consider the potential payoff: if luck is on your side and you pull a Gold Foil card, its value could be immense. Acting on this advice, I first purchased the 20 Alchemy Potions and then utilised them to open the draw, thereby boosting my chances of obtaining a Gold Foil card from 1% to 2%—effectively doubling the odds.💰

Initially, I had almost made up my mind to use these 70,000 Glints to purchase a large number of Rare Draws. Since the cost of a single Rare Draw is merely 1,500 Glints, I could have acquired over 45 of them with 70,000 Glints; furthermore, given the likelihood of obtaining multiple duplicates, I might have even been able to upgrade some of my existing cards to higher levels. However, I ultimately preferred the idea of purchasing a Legendary Draw, as this allowed me to acquire the absolute "best of the best" cards from the set—a glimpse of which you can see in the screenshot displayed below. This is the first Legendary card in my deck: Azhar Ibn Sulaim. With a Mana cost of 9, this card features a ranged attack power of 2; however, its most impressive aspect lies in its other stats—specifically its Armour, Health, and, above all, its Speed. These are attributes I simply could not have found in Rare cards. Moreover, it possesses the "Taunt" ability, which allows it to serve as a protector for the rest of the cards in my team. All in all, I am more than happy with this Legendary card, and if I manage to earn around 70,000 Glints again this season, I will most certainly invest them in purchasing another Legendary Draw.🔥
