This is a battle I fought just two minutes ago—one in which, after quite some time, I encountered the "Eggceleration" ruleset. That very moment, the idea struck me to select a Magic Archon for this battle. Previously, I lacked a high-level Archon within the Magic element; consequently, I was unable to utilize my absolute "best-of-the-best" cards in this element at their higher levels. However, having recently upgraded Marlai Singariel—an Archon from the Frontier set—to her maximum level, I now possess the very first max-level Archon in my deck, enabling me to summon and utilize even my high-level cards. Furthermore, within the Magic element, I happen to own two specific cards that directly influence speed: the first is the Blue Wyrm Travesty, which—at Level 3—comes equipped with the "Slow" ability, reducing the opposing team's speed by 1; the second is the Shock Trooper, which—also at Level 3—features the "Swiftness" ability, boosting your own team's speed by 1. Thus, you could say that, thanks to these two cards, the effective speed of your units is comparatively increased by a total of +2 relative to the opponent's units. Now, if you are curious to see the actual impact of this strategy, I invite you to watch the short, 10-second video displayed below—which I uploaded with lightning speed via the Ecency platform!
Thanks to these two special cards of mine—and because the Speed stat of every card in my team was higher than that of all the enemy's cards—my team secured the opportunity to launch the first attacks in this battle. Here, Magic played a pivotal role: the magic attacks bypassed the enemy's armor, striking directly at their Health. Consequently, within just the first round, the enemy lost two crucial cards—including their Tank. Furthermore, at the end of the first round, the Eggceleration ruleset caused all stats of every surviving card to increase by +1; this amplified the impact of both magic and melee attacks—a turn of events that must have felt nothing short of a nightmare for the enemy in this battle. Although the enemy did not utilize many armored cards in this particular battle, in a hypothetical scenario—even if the enemy had been heavily armored—the presence of magic cards in my team would have rendered that armor largely ineffective and of little benefit to them.

And just now, while writing this post, it occurred to me that the Armored Strike ability can be utilized quite effectively in battles governed by the 'Eggceleration' ruleset—provided, of course, that you position your Armored Strike cards safely within your lineup. This ensures they survive at least the first round unscathed; for subsequently, thanks to the magic of Eggceleration, all stats of every surviving card will increase by +1 in every subsequent round. In a sense, this grants your cards a 'Double Strike' ability: one attack is delivered using their remaining armor points, and the other using their standard attack power. All in all—if you approach it strategically—you can thrive even amidst the stormy weather of Splinterlands.
