Splinterlands: Purchasing a Conclave Arcana Archon (Kaylia Silverleaf)🔥

A few days ago, my mentor and friend @nozem01 on Splinterlands advised me to purchase this and a Life element Archon. I had some other purchases pending at the time, so I bought those first. Now that I've tested this Archon by renting it last season and was definitely satisfied with its performance, I thought, why not purchase it and make it a permanent part of my deck?

The reason for the slight delay was that I was wondering if I even needed this, because currently, I have Underboss Fabino as my Archon in this element, and he's undoubtedly amazing. I'm not just saying that; I've used him extensively. I mostly utilise his +2 melee power, primarily for my second and third lines of defence cards. And since I already have two excellent cards for my second and third lines of defence in this element, which become even more powerful with Underboss Fabino's abilities, putting significant pressure on the opponent, I decided to purchase this bloodline-specific Archon to change my strategy and play with some different types of cards.

Apart from its -1 magic power, which applies to all of the opponent's magic cards, I find its Execute ability very appealing. It's somewhat similar to Trample, but definitely different. With this ability, cards perform an additional attack on any target card whose health drops to 2 or less after the initial attack. And this ability can be granted to every card in your team by this Archon, provided those cards belong to the same bloodline as this Archon. Imagine if all the cards you have belong to this Archon's bloodline, and now they all have this ability... The battlefield would look completely different because your team's power would have almost doubled.

I know that purchasing Kaylia Silverleaf is just a stepping stone for this strategy, because I'll also need to include cards from this Archon's bloodline in my deck later on. I'll focus primarily on getting those cards from the reward shop, but if I don't get certain specific epic or legendary cards from there in time, I might purchase them separately. For now, though, I'll wait a bit and focus on the reward shop.

Splinterlands isn't an easy place, but that's what makes it even more fun. A perfect strategy takes into account many factors, including stats, abilities, rulesets, mana caps, and more. That's why it's even more important to consider all these factors when developing a strategy. Add good cards to your deck, but also work on improving your strategies, and strive to win as many battles as possible!🔥
