As the levels increase, the need for more card copies has forced me to ramp up my purchasing; otherwise, the process of leveling up cards would become far too slow. Much like with my recent card draws, this is the first time Iāve purchased six Gladius cases at once. For newer players, itās worth noting that Gladius cases are bought to obtain Gladiator cardsāeach case contains five random Gladiator cards, meaning my six cases will yield a total of 30. You can only purchase these if you are part of a guild, and their usage is somewhat restricted, as they can generally only be played under the "Are You Not Entertained" ruleset. Even so, having these cards in your deck is a significant advantage; for starters, every card in this set possesses the "Bloodlust" ability, which grants a +1 boost to all of a card's stats after it lands a kill. Furthermore, these cards are typically quite powerful. So, even though you might rarely get to use themāoutside of specific Brawl battlesātheir presence in your team can have an impact that shouldn't be overlooked.

Although you can see 12 cards in the screenshot above, there are actually 16 cards in total; you can determine this by looking at the number written inside the red ribbon-like shape in the top-right corner of some of the cards. The number displayed indicates how many copies of that specific card I have pulled. In the screenshot, I have pulled duplicate copies of 4 cardsāspecifically, 1 Epic card, 6 Rare cards, and 5 Common cards. Among these, 'Krash Wanderford' is a great card despite being a Common one; thanks to its 'Swiftness' ability, it helps strengthen the entire team. Other notable cards include Captain Katie, Liza Fox, Katrelba Gobson, and Kotriphus Bayne. Furthermore, the 'Death' element Epic card, 'Trapp Falloway,' is quite unique; however, its low health makes it an easy target for opponents with the 'Opportunity' ability.

Now, letās look at the screenshot above. While you can technically see 7 distinct cards, there are actually 14 card copies in totalāsince 5 of these cards have 2 copies each, and one card has 3 copies. This set includes a rare card, an epic card, and a gold-foil card. I also happen to own the regular-foil versions of these same cards, which Iāve already upgraded to level 3. Among these, the standout is the Earth-element epic card, 'Quora Towershead'; I recently upgraded it to level 2 and am now preparing to take it to level 3. Additionally, 'Relenor Cleaver' and 'Chimney Wallstop' are excellent cardsāthanks to their 'Reach' ability, you can strategically place them in the second position of your lineup (rather than just the front line), and youāll surely appreciate how well they perform. Overall, Iām quite impressed with all these cards. Iām certain that, thanks to these, some of my cards are now ready for an upgradeābut Iāll save that task for next time and share the details with you then!
