After a very long time, I took a full day off yesterday because I had come down with a fever due to the constantly shifting weather conditions. Then, today, I checked my deck on Splinterlands and noticed several cards that were waiting to be levelled up. Among them, two cards were ready to be upgraded from Level 2 to Level 3, while three others were ready to go from Level 1 to Level 2. I have mentioned to you before why you should continuously upgrade all your cards to the highest possible level; even if the changes resulting from the upgrade seem trivial, the higher the level of the cards you use in battle, the better your in-game rewards tend to become.

Among the cards upgrading to Level 3, Chimney Wallstop stands out as one of my favourites from the Gladius card set. I frequently utilise it in battles as a second line of defence; furthermore, if the ruleset includes the 'Charge' ability, I position it in the third or fourth slot of my lineup. This placement allows this heavy melee attacker to inflict significant damage upon the enemy while remaining largely protected. Now, with its upgrade from Level 2 to Level 3, the card has received a +1 boost to its Health, which will undoubtedly lend it even greater strength. Additionally, there is another non-attacker card that has seen a +1 increase in Speed; however—to be honest—I have rarely ever used this particular card in the past, so I am currently unsure how to effectively incorporate it into my battle strategies.

Apart from these, I upgraded three additional cards from Level 1 to Level 2. All three of them were ranged attackers. Among them, I like Liza Fox the most; although her health was quite low at Level 1, the upgrade to Level 2 provided a +1 increase in health, making this card even more viable for use in battles. This means that—when paired with some additional armour or health boosts provided by another card or an Archon—this card can be utilised even more effectively, as its chances of surviving for a greater number of rounds on the battlefield will significantly increase. As for the other two ranged attackers, their Level 2 versions received a +1 increase in speed. Although I may not use these specific cards very frequently, their exceptionally high speed could make them a profitable choice for use in low-mana battles. I will certainly keep you updated regarding any future battles I play using these cards, as it is only through actual combat that we can truly determine how they perform in real-battle scenarios.
