Purchasing draws of all rarity levels—not just the legendary ones—from time to time has certainly brought me one major benefit: the cards in my deck are now upgrading to higher levels much faster. This has led to an improvement in my in-game performance, which in turn has positively impacted my rewards. You see, it’s all interconnected: having better, higher-level cards improves your gameplay, and better gameplay results in better in-game rewards. That is why it is crucial to make every effort to level up your cards.

Today, I noticed a Water element card in my deck—Surgeblade—which was currently upgraded to Level 2 and ready to advance to Level 3. It is a melee card that falls into the low-to-medium mana range; considering its mana cost, it appears to be quite powerful in terms of attack strength. However, its relatively low health prevents it from being my top choice, though it still proves very useful in low-mana battles—provided it can be shielded from the opponent's "Opportunity" ability.

Upgrading to Level 3 hasn't changed any of this card's stats; instead, it has gained a new ability—something quite unique for a common-rarity card. In my experience, most common cards only acquire an ability as they approach their maximum level, with stats simply improving at the preceding levels. Frankly, I had actually hoped for an improvement in its health, but gaining this distinct ability is a special power in itself; the 'Reveal' ability makes 'Camouflage' cards targetable every round, preventing the enemy from launching stealthy attacks. With 3 melee attack power, its strike against a 'Camouflage' card will certainly be significant; furthermore, since it possesses the 'Charge' ability—allowing it to attack from any position in the lineup—you can place it wherever you wish to execute your strategy and inflict damage on the enemy.
