Hi everyone How are you? I hope everyone is well. Today I am back to talk to you about Splendor’s new card pack and that is the Escalation Pack. One of the biggest and most exciting updates of 2026 has arrived for Splinterlands lovers. The new mini-set Escalationhas been launched to completely change the meta and battle strategy of the game. If you are a regular rank pusher or a card investor in the game, then this new pack is going to bring a huge change to your gameplay. In today’s blog, we will discuss this Escalation Pack, let’s get started.
Escalation is a Mini-Set in one of the most popular modern formats of Splinterlands. According to the storyline, this set is centered around the great war between the Empire and Kingdoms of Pretoria against the ‘Conclave Arcana’. Each Escalation pack traditionally contains 5 cards, with a guarantee of at least 1 Rare or better (Epic/Legendary) card. The main attraction of this game lies in its mechanics. The cards in the Escalation pack have some new abilities and debilitations that have not been seen in any previous set. Below are some of the important abilities.
For example, the first Rest, which is one of the game-changing abilities in this set. It blocks the enemy's revival abilities like Rebirth, Resurrect, Resurgence, or Soul Siphon for the entire match. (Unless that unit has the 'Last Word' ability). Moreover, with this ability, none of your Allied units will be 'Exhausted' or tired. And all the 'Sneak' attacks on your team will never be missed! Absolutely perfect aim. After an enemy successfully attacks this unit for the first time, all remaining attacks from that enemy in that round will miss. And if any of your own units are Poisoned, Burned, or Hit by one of your own, their Power will increase by +1.
All old Wagons and Packs from the 'Conclave Arcana' conflict have been removed. Wagon Kit costs have been updated for the new Escalation conflict (17.5k Wood, 7k Stone, 1.75k Iron, and 1.25k Aura). New Wagons now cost 2 Kits to craft. In addition, these conflict cards have also been given the ability to craft Lustrous Potions, which can be crafted for just 100 Aura.
If you want to dominate the Modern format, you'd be foolish to miss the Escalation pack. Especially since abilities like **Final Rest** and **Pinpoint** are having a huge impact on the melee. Moreover, it is also a great opportunity to increase your earnings through the new conflict mechanics. So why delay?
