SPLINTERVIBES from a Minor Chest! (EOS)
I forgot to comment on the End of Season rewards from the last Splinterlands season, where I received a reward quite different from anything I've ever seen in Splinterlands. So, in addition to commenting on this SLINTERVIBES reward I received from one of the Minor Chests opened with the EOS glint, I'll also take the opportunity to mention some of the improvements made to the deck with the upgrade to the Reward cards from the Arcane Conclave collection recently.
It's curious how, once again, Glint proves to be a very interesting resource within the Splinterlands ecosystem, encouraging players to seek more SPS in Stake or rent more SPS – which isn't so easy currently – to increase the Glint boost and, of course, improve their Deck to increase their chances of victory and their ranking to earn more Glint per match. SPLINTERVIBES from a Minor Chest! (EOS Rewards)
Starting with the EOS rewards, nothing better than a compilation, showing an overview of the rewards and the strategy behind each choice, and then going into detail on the main rewards. In short, the first relevant reward was SplinterVibes, a reward that, as I said, I had never received and had no idea could come in chests. Next, lots of potions, merits, and common and rare cards, without much luck with the cards themselves. It seems the chance of getting epic and legendary cards has been greatly reduced in some of the past updates, and that's exactly why I try to get an epic draw whenever possible since I have almost no epics, so the chance of getting a duplicate is very low, and this time I was lucky enough to get the goblin card Kila Fen.
Going into more detail about the main reward of EOS, SplinterVibes. For those who don't know, it's now possible to get some songs in chests, which can be heard in the upper right corner in a sound icon next to the gear. Those who obtain a SplinterVibes will be able to play it there. In my case, the version I received was from the artist DJ PLADO, called SplinterVibes: Virid Venomancer. This is a calm song at times, but it gets more upbeat later on. I can say that I really liked the vibe of the song and I already leave it playing as soon as I enter Splinterlands.
It's great to have these customization options and make better use of the game's resources, since you can only obtain them from chests or from other players, if I'm not mistaken. SplinterVibes is still a very rare reward, because there aren't many available yet and the marketplace is almost full of music for sale. Don't miss the chance to get one of these Music NFTs. Looking at the market, some examples of music I found for sale were Arcane Skywalker being sold for $5.90 and Venomancer itself having options for $2.99. Over time, as players find more of these songs, the prices may decrease, but for now they are more expensive than some cards.
Finally, within the strategy of obtaining an epic draw whenever possible, since the chances of getting it from a chest are extremely low, I managed to obtain the Kila Fen card. This is a high mana card (8), but with very good stats, having 2 magic damage, 7 HP and 2 shield which helps to withstand a good amount of damage and 3 speed which is reasonable. In addition, it has the divine shield ability, which protects from one hit. A card that appears to be quite versatile, able to play in the second position or in the backline to protect against attacks.

É curioso como mais uma vez o Glint se mostra um recurso muito interessante dentro do ecossistema do Splinterlands e que acaba incentivando os jogadores à buscarem a ter mais SPS em Stake ou alugar mais SPS - que atualmente não está tão fácil - para conseguir aumentar o boost de glint e claro melhorar o Deck para subir as suas chances de vitória e o seu ranking para ganhar mais glint por partida. Começando com as recompensas de EOS, nada melhor que um compilado, mostrando um panorama geral das recompensas e a estratégia por trás de cada escolha e depois entrar em detalhes nas recompensas principais. De forma resumida, a primeira recompensa relevante foi o SplinterVibes, uma recompensa que como já disse nunca tinha recebido e nem tinha ideia que podia vir nos baús. Em seguida, muitas potions, merits e cartas comuns e raras, sem grandes sortes com as cartas, parece que a chance de conseguir cartas épicas e lendárias foi altamente reduzida em alguma das atulizações passadas, e é exatamente por isso que eu tendo pegar um epic draw quando possível já que não tenho quase nenhuma épica, então a chance de vir repetida é bem baixa e dessa vez tive a sorte de conseguir a carta goblin Kila Fen.
Abordando com mais detalhes a principal recompensa do EOS, o SplinterVibes. Para quem ainda não conhece, agora é possível conseguir algumas músicas nos baús, que podem ser ouvidas no lado direito superior em um ícone de som ao lado da engrenagem. Para quem obter um splintervibes vai poder colocar para tocar lá. No meu caso, a versão que eu recebi foi do artista DJ PLADO, chamada Splintervibes: Virid Venomancer. Essa é uma música calma em alguns momentos, mas que depois vai dando uma animada, posso dizer que gostei muito da vibe da música e já deixo ela tocando assindo que entre no Splinterlands.
É muito bom ter essas opções de customização e dar mais utilidade para os recursos do jogo, já que você só pode obter dos baús ou de outros jogadores se não me engano. O SplinterVibes ainda é uma recompensa bem rara, porque não há muitos obtidos ainda e no marketplace quase não encontra músicas à venda, não perca a chance de obter um desses Music NFTs. Dando uma olhada no market, alguns exemplos de músicas que encontrei à venda foi a Arcane Skywalker sendo vendida por $5,9 e a própria Venomancer tendo opções por $2,99. Com o tempo, conforme os jogadores vão encontrando mais dessas músicas a tendência pode ser que os preços vão diminuindo, mas por enquanto estão mais caras do que algumas cartas.
Por fim, dentro da estratégia de obter um epic draw quando possível já que as chances de conseguir no baú são extremamente baixas, consegui obter a carta Kila Fen. Essa é uma carta de mana alta (8), mas com status muito bons, tendo 2 de dano mágico, 7 de HP e 2 de escudo que ajuda a aguentar uma boa quantidade de dano e 3 de velocidade o que é razoável. Além disso, possui a habilidade divine shield, que protege de um hit. Uma carta que parece ser bem versátil podendo ficar na segunda posição ou na backline para proteger de ataques.
