What is SplinterlandsTV?

I think it's interesting to begin our analysis of the new card with its inspiration, which was a stadium fan who is always present to see his team win. Based on the card art and the character's Viking-like build, I thought he would be a melee card, but I was surprised when I saw that he's a ranged player. Could Arena Fanatic's choice of long-range attack be because he can throw something from the stands?
Another very interesting insight from the creators of this card was the inclusion of the ability. I believe the decision to add this ability was based on the fact that the presence of this unit on your team means it's rooting for your victory, strengthening all units on the battlefield that have retaliate, corrosive ward, magic reflect, return fire, and throns.
Since Arena Fanatic's ability only unlocks when it reaches maximum level 8, let's analyze its stats at that level. Starting with its most positive point, its element. As a Neutral monster, it can be used alongside any other element without any problems, increasing the combination possibilities of your decks.
Regarding its stats, starting with its attack, it has two long-range damage, which is interesting, but not so amazing for 5 mana. It's a card you can choose to put in the backline to avoid sneak attacks, because it has 6 HP and 4 shield, which will allow it to defend your team from some attacks and still provide support with Amplify.
Splinterlands Twitch Drops
In addition to the new card, the way players can earn it was also announced: through a Twitch Drop. It will work as follows: after linking their Twitch account to Splinterlands, the player will watch one of their favorite Splinterlands streamers. After 15 hours of watching, a notification will appear and the card will arrive in their inventory. In addition to the card, there are also some glint rewards.

O que é SplinterlandsTV?
A SplinterlandsTV é o canal oficial do Splinterlands na Twitch, que tinha como objetivo levar 24 horas de conteúdo para a comunidade com a participação de diversos criadores de conteúdo e streamers que criavam conteúdo sobre o crypto game ou se envolviam de alguma forma. Era muito comum nessas lives, que os criadores de conteúdo fizessem sorteios para os viewers da live, sendo alguns como premiação por ganharem deles em uma partida dentro do Splinterlands, ou simplesmente um sorteio com todos os usuários que resolvessem participar utilizando um comando no chat da live.
Pelo que eu me lembro os criadores que tinham interesse se registravam de alguma forma, acredito que se comunicando com alguém da equipe do Splinterlands, indicando os eu interesse em participar da Live. Em seguida, o time do Splinterlands encaixava o horário do influencer dentro do cronograma de lives, fazendo com que logo que acabasse uma live, outra já estava pronta para começar.

Acho interessante começarmos a análise da nova carta com a partir da inspiração, que foi a de um torcedor de estádios que está sempre presente para ver a vitória do seu time. Pela arte da carta e a estrutura do personagem, meio estilo viking, achei que ele seria uma carta melee, mas fui surpreendido quando vi que ele é ranged. Será que a escolha de ataque longo alcance no Arena Fanatic é porque ele pode jogar alguma coisa da arquibancada?
Outro insight muito interessante dos idealizadores dessa carta foi de colocar a habilidade . Acredito que a escolha de adicionar justamente essa habilidade foi de que a presença dessa unidade fazendo parte do seu time, significa que ela está torcendo para ele ser vitorioso, fortalecendo todas as unidades no campo de batalha que tenham retaliate, corrosive ward, magic reflect, return fire e throns.
Como a habilidade do Arena Fanatic só é desbloqueada quando ele chega no nível máximo, que é o 8, então vamos analisar os seus status nesse nível. Começando pelo seu ponto mais positivo que é o seu elemento. Por ser um monstro Neutral, ele pode ser usado junto de qualquer outro elemento sem problemas, aumentando as possibilidades de combinações dos seus decks.
Com relação ao seu status, começando com seu ataque, ele possui dois de dano de longo alcance, o que é interessante, mas não tão incrível para 5 de mana. É uma carta que você pode escolher colocar na backline para evitar ataques sneaks, por conta de ter 6 de HPe 4 de escudo, o que fará com que ele consiga defender o seu time de alguns ataques e ainda proporcionar suporte com o amplify.
Splinterlands Twitch Drops
Além da nova carta, foi anunciado também a forma com que os jogadores poderão ganha-la que é através do Twitch Drop. Irá funcionar da seguinte forma, o jogador depois de linkar a sua conta da Twitch no Splinterlands, vai assistir à um dos seus Streamers favoritos de Splinterlands e depios de 15 horas assistidas, aparecerá uma notificação e a carta chegará no seu inventário. Além da carta tem algumas recompensas em glint também.
Essa nova campanha poderá ser um novo recomeço do Splinterlands na Twitch e caso consiga uma boa quantidade de streamers e viewers poderá ser um bom indicativo para voltar com o SplinterlandsTV novamente.
