Splinterland's: My reasoning for buying Splinterland's SPS token
Splinterland's is currently one of the most popular and one of the longest-running blockchain games. There were so many games launched, some failed, some were abandoned, and in some cases, some projects were rug-pulled. Splinterland's is not only still running but delivering the releases, UI upgrades, new card set that have distinctive abilities as compared to the previous ones. So not only the game is running but actually progressing good with each day for its gameplay depth, UI/UX experiences, and getting more entertaining/tactical rulesets that keep players thinking that what action they need to take next.
SPS is the official governance token of Splinterlands and it is required to make many decisions in the game like Game economy changes, Reward pool distribution, New expansions and mechanics and Ecosystem partnerships
If you see the above SPS graph, it looks like it is trading at the bottom as it is currently close to half a penny, and as far as my memory serves , this is the tested bottom of the SPS token. Buying SPS at this price give the confidence that it might not get down further but God knows what can happen in the future especially when there is war going on the multiple fronts in the world.
Also SPS yields further rewards by staking, which is current close to 7.49% and there is an option to delegate the staked SPS, that will easily add another 2 to 4 % of the rewards. So staking SPS is yielding at least 10% yearly and your yield will increase multifold if SPS price increases in the future.
Also, I am avid Splinterland's player, my SPS stake also help me in earning higher Play-to-Earn Rewards. Staking SPS boosts my play2earn earnings when I win a battle as more staked SPS get higher reward multipliers in ranked battles.
So, friends you can take your decision after your DYOR, but look like I am now committed to adding more SPS in my collection.
