A random day playing Splinterlands: Modern format 4 Games 1 Lost
Greetings,
I hope you had a wonderful week so far in 2026. I was at home in the evening, completing my daily tasks on the web, when I entered Splinterlands for a random series of actions.
It is a routine to stake SPS and invest DEC in cards, then combine all the assets in my collection of cards. The next step is to hit the brawl game if any available or push for my 4 battles of the day.
This time it was a bit different. Here what I discovered on my account.

A:/ Checking Notifications
It was a busy day on my side. The tasks I could not complete in the morning were postponed to the evening.
When I entered the game, the red spot on the notification drew my attention. I click on the campaign mode.
It was funny to see this notification. I had a good memory about the completion of all the tasks in the Book 1 campaign challenge.
The update left unchecked was about the Profile settings modification. It was a nice review. I followed the steps and learn cool stuff about the universe of Splinterlands.
B:/ Completing my four battles of the day
Now I can enter the arena and get as many victories as possible. It was a great day to challenge player in the modern format. The season has started a few days ago. I believe that most of the skilled players are all in the upper league, while I am still in Silver.
- 1rst Battle
I won this encounter in the arena. I was an easy battle where I could use my melee warriors and defend with repair armor given by Pruitt my Light summoner.

- 2nd battle
I struggle a bit in the process to select my cards before they entered in the arena.
It was clear that incendiary will cause much damage to the life point of my warriors. I bet all on Corrupted Healing.

- 3rd Battle
In this combat, my strategy was simply to repair as much as possible the armor shield of my tankers. So the magic attacks from the opposite side of the arena won’t hit directly my life point.

I tried this technique for the first time, and it worked with great results.
If you can apply it in your battle against magic warriors, this void armor repair strategy can secure multiple wins to your side.
- 4th battle
I was happy to get this battle as victory on my battle log. The blast ability bring so many uncertainties in the battle that I hope to get the Deflection count right where it is supposed to be in the lineup.
It did not work, and the victory went to the opponent. I seriously need to get more cards with Deflection activated in the arena.

C:/ Appreciation of the game so far in the season
I have so much fun playing in the ranking section of the game since the season resumed that I am going to purchase more Energy to boost the entries.
