New Brackets, that's a lot of Glint!

At the time of writing this post, it's a Sunday morning and it's been months I filled both early mornings in the weekend how I used to for a long time: playing Splinterlands 😊

Yesterday I ran out of energy in Division 7 so I picked up where I left and soon was able to enter Division 6 with some nice promotion rewards with even an epic card in it, I already have this card up to max for Silver though 😅

In Division 6, finally I'm getting some resistance from players with capable decks and I even lost a couple of battles in a row, shout out to my guild mate @zusi78 because he kicked my ass twice this morning, countering my play both times.

What amazes me is the amount of Glint we're earning this early in the season in a relative low division, with a full win streak bonus of 40% I'm already up to more than 1000 glint per win, much more than I would earn in the old system in Gold and Diamond.

It was hard finding opponents and waiting times increased, then I remembered I turned off liquidity bots because they were too strong in the old system and the Archmage piloted bots were there to play against me, I am now once again without energy, playing my full energy down to 0 has been months as well.. good work team!

I activated XBot on my manual account so my energy doesn't get to waste, I have now set the energy target for XBot to 48, so when I don't have time to play on work days my energy is used in Wild Mode, but hopefully I can grind many battles again this season, just like before.

Win rate is starting to decline but still a respectable 78%, it's all new for everyone so let's see in what division I will end by the end of the season, what do you think of the new system?

surely, things will get tweaked by the team after this season to balance things out - one of them could very well be the amount of Glint we're earning because it's quite high... not complaining, I still need some epics and legendary cards to complete my set up to Silver level and my Exemplar is still at level 1.
